«Փարկինգ Սիթի Սերվիս» ՓԲԸ-ի կողմից երեկ տարածվել է հայտարարություն՝ SMS հաղորդագրության միջոցով ավտոկայանատեղի վճարի վճարման հետ կապված ս.թ. օգոստոսի 1-ից գանձվող գումարի փոփոխության վերաբերյալ: Փոփոխություն ենթադրում է, որ 5045 համարին SMS հաղորդագրության միջոցով ավտոկայանատեղի վճար կատարելիս բաժանորդի հեռախոսահամարի հաշվից կգանձվի 748 դրամ գումար, որից 500 դրամ ավտոկայանատեղի վճար, 124.6 դրամ միջնորդավճար և 123.4 դրամ ԱԱՀ:
Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում «Դուրս մեր գրպանից» քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամ Արսեն Պետրոսյանն ասաց, որ SMS հաղորդագրության պարագայում ևս թանկացումից խուսափելու համար քաղաքապետարանը կարող էր ելք գտնել և թանկացումն արդարացված չէ:
«SMS հաղորդագրության մոտ 50 տոկոս թանկացման հարցը կարելի էր լուծել քաղաքապետարանի, օպերատորների միջև պայմանավորվածությամբ, համաձայնությամբ, որպեսզի 50 տոկոսանոց բեռ չդրվեր ժողովրդի վրա, իրենց կոպեկների մասին են մտածում, չի կարելի, ամեն տեղ չէ, որ տերմինալ է դրված, որի միջոցով կկարողանան վճարում կատարել»,– ասաց նա:
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը ևս անդրադարձել է սակագնի փոփոխությանը՝ նշելով, որ ավտոկայանատեղի վճարի չափը չի՛ փոխվում. այն շարունակելու է կազմել 1 ժամվա համար՝ 100 դրամ, 1 օրվա համար՝ 500 դրամ, 1 շաբաթվա համար՝ 1000 դրամ, 1 ամսվա համար՝ 2000 դրամ, 1 տարվա համար /մինչև ընթացիկ տարվա դեկտեմբերի 31-ը/՝ 12000 դրամ: Գանձվող գումարի փոփոխությունը վերաբերում է SMS հաղորդագրության միջոցով գանձումն ապահովող բջջային օպերատորների միջնորդավճարներին և ավելացված արժեքի հարկին:
Քաղաքապետարանը նաև հիշեցրել է, որ SMS հաղորդագրությունների միջոցով գումարի գանձման ձևաչափն ի սկզբանե նախատեսվել էր որպես ժամանակավոր լուծում՝ մինչև տերմինալների տեղադրումը:
Քաղաքացիական նախաձեռնության անդամ Արսեն Պետրոսյանն էլ հակադարձում է՝ կարմիր գծեր առհասարակ պետք է չլինեն, սրա միջոցով ժողովրդից գումար են կորզում։
«Ի սկզբանե «Դուրս մեր գրպանից»–ը դեմ է եղել կարմիր գծերին և, նորից մենք մնում ենք մեր համոզմանը, չնայած նրա, որ պայքարի շնորհիվ գումարներն արդեն քաղաքային բյուջե են գնում: Պիտի ոչ թե այսպիսի փոփոխություններ լինեն, այլ հակառակը, տարեկան վարձը նվազեցվեր»,-ընդգծեց նա:
Արսեն Պետրոսյանն ասաց, որ խնդրի վերաբերյալ պարբերաբար բարձրաձայնելու են, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ակցիաներ ևս իրականացնելու են:
