ՀՀ-ԵՄ առևտրի և տնտեսական հարցերով համագործակցության ենթակոմիտեի նիստին կքննարկվի հարցերի լայն շրջանակ

Երևանում մեկնարկել է ՀՀ-ԵՄ առևտրի, տնտեսական և համապատասխան իրավական հարցերով համագործակցության ենթակոմիտեի 14-րդ նիստը: Նիստի համանախագահներն են հայկական կողմից ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանը, եվրոպական կողմից՝ ԵՄ առևտրի գլխավոր տնօրինության Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի բաժնի պետ Լյուկ Պիեռ Դեվինյեն:

ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գարեգին Մելքոնյանըլրագրողներին հայտնեց, որ նիստի ընթացքում կողմերը կքննարկեն մակրոտնտեսական վերջին զարգացումները ՀՀ-ում և ԵՄ-ում, միջազգային ֆինանսական հաստատությունների հետ Հայաստանի համագործակցությունը, ներկա զարգացումները երկկողմ առևտրում: «Քննարկվելու են նաև  Եվրամիության կողմից Հայաստանին տրամադրվող արտոնությունների ընդհանրացված և համալարված համակարգÇ (GSP+) հետ կապված հարցեր, ինչպես նաև Եվրամիության կողմից Հայաստանին տրամադրվելիք «Շուկայական տնտեսության կարգավիճաÕ �ի» և ԵՄ աջակցության ծրագրերի վերաբերյալ հարցեր»,-  նշեց Մելքոնյանը:

ԵՄ առևտրի գլխավոր տնօրինության Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի բաժնի պետ Լյուկ Պիեռ Դեվինյեն կարևորեց այն հանգամանքը, որ նիստը տեղի է ունենում այն պահին, երբ ԵՄ-ն մանդատ է տրամադրել Հայաստանի հետ համագործակցության նոր համաձայանգրի շուրջ բանակցություններÝ սկսելու վերաբերյալ: «Եվրամիությունը Հայաստանի համար կարևոր առևտրային գործընկեր է, և մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Հայաստանն այս կապերը խորացնելու ցանկություն ունի: Եվրամիությունն էլ իր հերթին շարունակում է աջակցել Հայաստանին այս հարցում: Շատ կարևոր է, որ Հայաստանի՝ Եվրասիական î նտեսական Øիությանն անդամակցելու որոշումից հետո մենք շարունակում ենք սերտ համագործակցությունը Հայաստանի հետ: Կարևոր է, որ մենք Հայաստանի համար պահպանել ենք GSP+ համակարգը, որը արտահանման արտոնյալ պայմաններ է տալիս Հայաստանին: Մենք այս նիստի ընթացքում քննարկելու ենք հարցերի լայն շրջանակ, որը կնպաստի երկու կողմերի համագործակցության  խորացմանը»,- ընդգծեց Դեվինյեն:

Եզրափակելով խոսքը՝ Դեվինյեն հույս հայտնեց, որ Հայաստանն ու Եվրամիությունը համագործակցության նոր համաձայնագրի շուրջ բանակցությունները կավարտեն նույնքան արագ, որքան դա արեցին Ասոցացման համաձայնագրի դեպքում, որի արդյունքում կստորագրվի կողմերի համագործակցության ուղիները մատնանշող նոր փաստաթուղթ:
