Տուլայում 4,5 տարով ազատազրկված հայ վարորդի պաշտպանի վճռաբեկ բողոքը կքննվի հուլիսի 21-ին

Տուլայում հայկական ավտոբուսի վթարի համար 4.5 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված հայ վարորդ Գառնիկ Հարությունյանի պաշտպանի վճռաբեկ բողոքը կքննվի հուլիսի 21-ին:
NEWS.am-ին Հարությունյանի պաշտպաններից Ռուբեն Կիրակոսյանը հայտնեց, որ այդ օրը չի բացառվում, որ դատարանն արդեն որոշում կայացնի:
Փաստաբանը հույս ունի, որ Վճռաբեկը կմեղմացնի հայ վարորդի պատժաչափը: Նշենք, որ Գառնիկ Հարությունյանի դեմ քաղաքացիական հայց չկա, բողոք չունեն նաեւ վթարի հետեւանքով մահացած ուղեւորների հարազատներն ու վնասվածքներ ստացած ուղեւորները: Դեռեւս հայտնի չէ, թե Գառնիկ Հարությունյանը որտեղ կկրի պատիժը: Ի սկզբանե, տեղեկություններ կային, որ հայ վարորդը չի ցանկանում տեղափոխվել Հայաստան:
Հիշեցնենք, որ վթարը Տուլայի մարզի Մ-4 մայրուղում տեղի է ունեցել 2015թ. նոյեմբերի 3-ին: Ավտոբուսում կար ավելի քան 60 մարդ, բոլորը Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ: Վթարի հետեւանքով զոհվել է 9 մարդ, տուժել՝ 46-ը, որոնցից 32-ը հոսպիտալացվել է: Վարորդի դեմ քրեական գործ էր հարուցվել «ճանապարհային երթեւեկության կանոնները խախտելը, որն անզգուշաբար հանգեցրել է երկու եւ ավելի մարդկանց մահվան» հոդվածով: Առաջին ատյանի որոշմամբ նա դատապարտվել էր 4.5 տարվա ազատազրկման: Վերաքննիչն անփոփոխ էր թողել դատավճիռը:
