  • Եթե Ձեզ թվում է, որ Ձեզ հետևում են, ապա պարզապես հորանջեք և նայեք Ձեր կողքերը։ Եթե Ձեզ իսկապես հետևում են, ապա հետևող անձը նույնպես կհորանջի։
  • Եթե ուզում եք, որ ինչ-որ մեկն օգնի Ձեզ, ապա նախադասությունը սկսեք «Ես քո օգնության կարիքն ունեմ...» կապակցությամբ։ Այս պարագայում շատ ավելի մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ Ձեզ կօգնեն։

  • Եթե վստահ եք, որ որևէ մեկը բացասական է տրամադրված Ձեր նկատմամբ, ապա նրանից գրիչ կամ մատիտ խնդրեք։ Մարդիկ սովորաբար չեն օգնում այն մարդկանց, ում չեն սիրում, սակայն գրիչը կամ մատիտն այնքան աննշան բաներ են, որ դժվար թե նրանք Ձեզ մերժեն։ Այդպես անելուց հետո դիմացինը «կօգնի» Ձեզ և ժամանակի ընթացքում կգա այն եզրակացության, որ դուք այնքան էլ վատը չեք։
