Ավելորդ քաշից ազատվելը կարող է բարդ խնդիր թվալ, սակայն գոյություն ունի մի բաղադրատոմս, որը կօգնի խթանել նյութափոխանակության գործընթացները՝ դրանով իսկ նպաստելով ավելորդ ճարպաշերտերի այրմանը: Այս ըմպելիքը, որը բաղկացած է ընդամենը 3 բաղադրիչից, կօգնի արագ ու արդյունավետ կերպով ազատվել ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից:   Հարկ է հիշել, որ նյութափոխանակության գործընթացները խթանելու և արագացնելու համար լավագույն ժամանակահատվածը վաղ առավոտն է՝ անմիջապես արթնանալուց հետո:   Սակայն մինչ այս ըմպելիքն օգտագործելը, հարկավոր է հաշվի առնել, որ այն հակացուցված է հղիներին և երեխային կրծքով կերակրող կանանց:   Բաղադրությունը.   ·         800 մլ ջուր,   ·         դարչնի 1 ձողիկ,   ·         դափնու 3 տերև,   ·         1 ոչ շատ լիքը թեյի գդալ կանաչ թեյ:   Պատրաստման եղանակը.   800 մլ եռացող ջրին ավելացնել դարչնի ձողիկը, դափնու տերևներն ու կանաչ թեյը, կաթսան կափարիչով ծածկել, թրմել 15 րոպե, այնուհետև քամել:   Օգտագործման եղանակը.   Թեյի առաջին բաժակը հարկավոր է խմել առավոտյան դատարկ ստամոքսին, երկրորդը՝ անմիջապես նախաճաշից հետո, իսկ երրորդը՝ երեկոյան քնելուց առաջ:   Այս թեյն օրական երեք բաժակ խմելու դեպքում կօգնի արդյունավետ կերպով ազատվել ավելորդ ճարպաշերտերից՝ հատկապես որովայնի, գոտկատեղի և ոտքերի հատվածում: Ընդ որում՝ դրական արդյունքը նկատելի կլինի ընդամենը մեկ շաբաթ անց:   Այս թեյի բոլոր բաղադրիչներն այրում են ճարպը և խթանում նյութափոխանակությունը: Սակայն հարկ է հիշել, որ միայն թեյն անարդյունավետ կլինի, եթե մարդը չհետևի իր սննդակարգին և չլինի ֆիզիկապես բավականաչափ ակտիվ:   Բացի այդ, հարկ է նշել, որ առողջական լուրջ խնդիրների և ուժեղ ցավերի դեպքում խորհուրդ է տրվում դիմել համապատասխան մասնագետի օգնությանը, քանի որ ինքնաբուժությունը կարող է խիստ վնասակար լինել առողջության համար:
