Երբեմն պատահում է, որ մենք գործադրում ենք մաքսիմալ ջանքեր նիհարելու համար, սակայն արդյունքը այդքան էլ տեսանելի չի լինում:   Դրա հիմնական պատճառը կարողէ  լինել լեպտին հորմոնը, որը կանխում է  քաշի կորուստը: Այս հորմոնի ֆունկցիան կայանում է նրանում, որ այն համակարգում է մարմնի զանգվածի ու էներգիայի բալանսը: Նախ այն անցնում է հեմատոենցեֆալիկ պատնեշն ու կապվում է ռեցեպտորների հետ, որոնք պատասխանատու  են ախորժակի համար, այդ կերպ ազդանշան տալով ուղեղին որոշել սննդի  այն քանակությունը, որի կարիքը ունի օրգանիզմը:   2-րդ հերթին, այն բարձրացնում է սիմպաթիկ նյարդային համակարգի ակտիվությունը, ինչով խթանում է ճարպային հյուսվածքներն ու այրում է էներգիան: Այնուամենայնիվ, պատահում են դեպքեր, երբ օրգանիզմն այդ հորմոնի նկատմաբ դիմադրողականություն է ձեռք բերում:   Եթե  օրգանիզմում  այդ հորմոնի մակարդակը երկարատև ժամանակ բարձր մակարդակի վրա է լինում, ապա մարդը կորցնում է  նրա նկատմաբ զգայնությունը, այսինքն ուղեղը այլևս չի արձագանքում լեպտինի ուտելու դադարեցման  ու նյութափոխանակության արագացման վերաբերյալ լեպտինի ազդանշանին:   Ձեզ ենք ներկայացնում լեպտինի նկատմաբ դիմադրողականության  ամենատարածված ախտանշանները   ·         քաշի ավելացում ·         սննդի նկատմաբ անկառավարելի ձգտում ·         սթրեսի շրջանում  սննդի օգտագործում ·         ուշ ժամին սննդի օգտագործում ·         զարկերակային ճնշման բարձրացում ·         անքնություն ·         նիհարել չկարողանալու ունակություն ·         շաքարի նկատմաբ հակում ·         տրիգլիցերիդների մակարդակի  բարձրացում ·         հաճախակի անհանգստություն ·         մոտիվացիայի պակաս ·         սննդի հիմնական ընդունումից հետո որևէ բան համտեսելու ցանկություն ·         հոգնածության առաջացում, հատկապես սնունդ ընդունելուց հետո   Որպեսզի կարողանաք հաղթահարել այդ խնդիրը, պետք է դադարեցնեք եք մի շարք մթերքների օգտագործումը, այդ թվում՝   ·        շաքարավազի ·        ածխաջրերի ·        եգիպտացորենի օշարակի   Մյուս կողմից մարդու սննդակարգը պետք է հարուստ լինի  օրգանական ու ամբողջական ցորենից պատրաստվող մթերքներով: Բացի այդ հարկավոր է  կրճատել հացահատիկային ածխաջրերի օգտագործումը:   Անհրաժեշտ է խուսափել մշակված սննդի օգտագործումից  և օգտագործել լուծվող սպիտակուցներ ու ջրիմուռներ: Բացի այդ  ածխաջրերի քանակության օգտագործման նվազեցման հաշվին պետք է նվազեցնել տրիգլիցերիդների մակարդակը:   Շատ կարոևր է կանոնավոր կերպով զբաղվել սպորտով, քանի որ ֆիզիկական վարժությունները կարող են զգալիորեն վերականգնել օրգանիզմում հավասարակշռությունն ու լեպտինի նկատմաբ կայունությունը:   Լեպտինի մակարդակի հետ կապված խնդիրների առաջացումը կարող է նաև պայմանավորված լինել քնի դեֆիցիտով ու քնի խանգարմաբ:Այդ պատճառով աշխատեք լիարժեք հանգստանալ:
