Վերաքննիչ դատարանը մերժել է հայտնի գործարար Բարսեղ Բեգլարյանին՝ Ֆլեշի Բարսեղին, թալանելու մեջ մեղադրվողի պաշտպանի բողոքը: 5 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված Կոնստանտին Կոստանյանի պաշտպանը պահանջել էր բեկանել առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավճիռը ու իր պաշտպանյալի նկատմամբ ավելի մեղմ պատիժ նշանակել՝ պայմանականորեն չկիրառելու պայմանով:
Ըսը մեղադրանքնի «Ֆլեշ Մոտորս» ՍՊԸ կոմերցիոն բաժնի մենեջերներից Կոնստանտին Կոստանյանը 2014-2015թթ. ընթացքում ընկերությունից հափշտակել է 65.6 մլն դրամ կամ մոտ 135 հազար դոլար արժողությամբ տարբեր տեսակի ավտոպահեստամասեր: Ընկերության կոմերցիոն բաժնի մեծածախ վաճառքի մենեջերներից Միշա Վարդանյանն էլ 2014-2015թթ. ընթացքում հափշտակել է 46.8 միլիոն դրամի կամ մոտ 96 հազար դոլարի գույք եւ գումար:
Նրանց դեմ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 375 հոդվածի 1-մասի եւ 375 հոդվածի 2րդ մասի հատկանշիներով՝ Պետի կամ պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից իշխանությունը կամ պաշտոնեական դիրքը չարաշահելը. պատժվում են ազատազրկմամբ՝ երեքից ութ տարի ժամկետով:
