Մակաբույծ որդերի առաջացրած հիվանդություններն ու դրանց կանխարգելումը

Մակաբույծ որդերի՝ հելմինթների առաջացրած հիվանդություննրը կոչվում են հելմինթոզներ: Ըստ զարգացման ցիկլի տարբերում են հողային հելմինթներ և բիոհելմինթներ: Գեոհելմինթների զարգացման ցիկլը սկսվում է արտաքին միջավայրում (geo-հող) և ավարտվում է մեկ տիրոջ օրգանիզմում: Բիոհելմինթների (bios -կյանք) զարգացումը կատարվում է միայն կենդանի օրգանիզմներում, և կենսաբանական ցիկլը ավարտելու համար սովորաբարանհրաժեշտ է 2 և ավելի տերերի հերթափոխություն: Ըստ փոխանցման մեխանիզմի՝ տարբերում ենք նաև հպավարանցիկ հելմինթոզներ, երբ վարակվում են հիվանդի հետ անմիջական շփման ճանապարհով: Հելմինթներրը կարող են ախտահարել ցանկացած օրգան և հյուսվածք, սակայն ավելի հաճախ տեղակայվում են աղիներում: Հելմինթների ախտածին ազդեցությունը պայմանավորված է մակաբույծի տեսակով, դրա քանակով, տեղակայմամբ և զարգացման փուլով: Դրանց ախտածին ազդեցությունը բազմաբնույթ է՝ 1. Նյութափոխանակության խանգարումներ, տիրոջ օրգանիզմի թերսնուցում, հիպովիտամինոզներ և այլն 2. Սակավարյունություն, սնվում են արյունով կամ արտադրում են արյան մակարդելիությունն իջեցնող նյութեր 3. Մեխանիկական ազդեցություն՝ հյուսվածքի ատրոֆիա (ապաճ), աղիների անանցելիություն 4. Ալերգիկ վիճակ՝ արտադրելով կենսագործունեության արգասիքներ: Հելմինթոզների կանխարգելման համար՝ Առաջին հերթին պետք է պահպանել անձնական հիգիենայի կանոննները, մանրակրկիտ լվանալ ձեռքերը ոչ միայն ուտելուց առաջ, սանհանգույցից օգտվելուց հետո, այլ նաև հողային աշխատանքներից, կենդանիների հետ շփումից հետո: Հատկապես պետք է ուշադիր հետևել երեխաներին, որոնք խաղում են ավազի հետ կամ թափառող կենդանիների հետ: Անհրաժեշտ է մանրակրկիտ լվանալ բանջարեղենը, կանաչին, հատապտուղները և այլն, որոնք կարող են կեղտոտվել հողի մասնիկներով: Բնակարաններում, մասնավոր ֆերմերային տնտեսություններում և շան պահոցներում բնակվող շան ձագերի, պահակային և հսկող շների շրջանում անհրաժեշտ է ժամանակին կանոնավոր կանխարգելիչ դեհելմինթիզացիա իրականացնել: Անհրաժեշտ է անգելել շների հետ զբոսանքը մանկապարտեզների, դպրոցների, քաղաքային զբոսայգիների ու հրապարակների, լողափերի տարածքում: Կոմունալ ծառայությունների կողմից պետք է կանոնավոր կերպով փոխվի խաղահրապարակների ավազը: Կանխարգելման միջոցառումներից է նաև սննդի մեջ հում կամ ոչ պատշաճ եփած մսի, ձկնեղենի, խեցգետինների չօգտագործելը, ջրամբարներն աղտոտումից պահպանելը: Կարևոր միջոցառում է ազգաբնակչության բժշկահիգիենիկ կրթությունը և առողջ ապրելակերպի քարոզչությունը: Աղբյուր՝ Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման Ազգային Կենտրոն:
