Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը ՀՀ մշակույթի նախարար Արմեն Ամիրյանի, «Ոսկե ծիրան» կինոփառատոնի պատվավոր նախագահ Լևոն Սարգսյանի և բազմաթիվ հյուրերի հետ միասին ներկա է գտնվել «Ոսկե ծիրան» միջազգային 14-րդ կինոփառատոնի պաշտոնական բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությանը: Այս տարի նույնպես «Ոսկե ծիրանը» հանդիսատեսին կներկայանա մրցութային և արտամրցութային հարուստ ծրագրով: «Ոսկե Ծիրանին» մասնակցության համար 96 երկրից ստացված 1100 հայտերից ընտրվել է 47 ֆիլմ, որոնք կցուցադրվեն 3՝ Միջազգային խաղարկային, Վավերագրական և «Հայկական համայնապատկեր» մրցութային ծրագրերում: «Ոսկե ծիրան»-ի հիմնադիր-տնօրեն Հարություն Խաչատրյանը բացման իր խոսքում, կարևորելով փառատոնի դերը մայրաքաղաքի մշակութային կյանքում, շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նաև Երևանի քաղաքապետարանին՝ փառատոնի անցակացման հարցում մշտապես ցուցաբերվող աջակցության համար: Հարկ է նշել, որ հուլիսի 9-16-ը անցկացվող կինափառատոնի շրջանակում, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի աջակցությամբ այս տարի, մայրաքաղաքի համաչափ զարգացման համատեքստում, ընդլայնվել է բացօթյա կինոցուցադրությունների աշխարհագրությունը: Եթե մինչ այժմ դրանք տեղի էին ունենում միայն Կարապի լճի տարածքում և Շառլ Ազնավուրի անվան հրապարակում, ապա այս անգամ բացօթյա կինոդիտումներ կանցկացվեն նաև «Կասկադ» համալիրում, Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանում՝ Գայի արձանի, Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանում՝ «Հայաստան» կինոթատրոնի հարևանությամբ, Սիրահարների այգում և Ազատության հրապարակում: Ի դեպ, բացօթյա կինոդիտումներից բացի այս տարի նախատեսված են նաև բացօթյա համերգներ: Հուլիսի 9-16-ը, ամեն օր «Մոսկվա» կինոթատրոնի հարևանությամբ` ժամը 21:00-23:00-ն, հանրահայտ ջազմեն Լևոն Մալխասյանի գլխավորությամբ կլինի տարբեր ջազ-բենդերի մասնակցությամբ համերգային ծրագիր, այդ թվում նաև՝ ֆիլմերից հայտնի և սիրված երաժշտությունների ջազային մեկնաբանումներով: «Ոսկե ծիրան» միջազգային 14-րդ կինոփառատոնը մեկնարկել է Համո Բեկնազարյանի «Խասփուշ» ֆիլմի ցուցադրությամբ:
