Ռուսաստանը աշխատանքային միգրանտների ռուսերեն լեզվի քննության օնլայն տարբերակ է մշակում

Աշխատանքի նպատակով Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն մեկնող միգրանտների համար մշակվում է ծրագիր, որով նրանք կկարողանան օնլայն տարբերակով հանձնել ռուսերենի քննությունը, համապատասխան փաստաթուղթ ստանալ և ապա հնարավորություն ստանալ այնտեղ աշխատանքի անցելու: Այս մասին հայտարարվեց Երևանում անցկացվող ԱՊՀ անդամ երկրբերի առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատների ղեկավարների խորհրդի հերթական նիստի ժամանակ:
Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ՌԴ առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատի նախագահ Սերգեյ Կատիրինըհայտնեց, որ աշխատանքային միգրանտների հարցերի լուծման նպատակով ակտիվորեն աշխատում են իրենց կրթության նախարարության և միգրացիոն ծառայության հետ: «Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ այս աշխատանքներում մեզ հետ համագործակցեն ԱՊՀ երկրների ներկայացուցիչները, հատկապես` մեծ թվով աշխատանքային միգրանտներ ուղարկող երկրները: Ավելի արդյունավետ կլիներ, եթե մարդիկ, ովքեր պլանավորում են գալ ու աշխատել Ռուստատանում, իÖ �ենց երկրներում պատրաստվեին ու այնուհետև մեկնեին Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն ու լեզվի քննություն հաձնեին, բայց սկզբունքորեն հնարավոր է նաև քննությունների կազմակերպումը տվյալ երկրներում»,-ասաց Սերգեյ Կատիրինը` հավելելով, որ ներկայում դեռևս մշակվում են օնլայն քննություն իրականացնելու մեխանիզմները:
Նրա խոսքով` այս ամենն իրականացնում են, որպեսզի աշխատանքային միգրանտները չհայտնվեն դժվար իրավիճակներում, չդառնան կեղծիքների զոհ: «Երբեմն որոշակի գումարի դիմաց աշխատավորները կեղծ փաստաթղթեր են ձեռք բերում, ինչն էլ ՌԴ-ում օրինական ձևով ապրելու, վարձատրման, բնակության վայրի հետ կապված խնդիրներ է առաջացնում: Մենք ուզում ենք, որ ամեն ինչ լինի քաղաքակիրթ ձևով, որին էլ ուղղված են մեր աշխատանքները»,-հայտնեց ռուս պաշտոնյան: Նրա խոսքով` լեզվի քննություն հանձնելն ու համապատասխան փաստաթուղթ ձեռք բերելը օրինական ձևով աշ խատանքի անցնելու պայմաններից մեկն է:
«Օրինական ձևով աշխատանքի ընդունվելու պարագայում կարելի է ենթադրել, որ միգրանտները կստանան աշխատավարձ, կապրեն նորմալ մարդկային պայմաններում, որ աշխատավայրում պաշտպանված լինեն նրանց իրավունքները, ոչ թե ստրուկի կարգավիճակում կգտնվեն»,-նշեց Սերգեյ Կատիրինը` ավելացնելով, որ դա նաև գործատուների համար է կարևոր, որպեսզի նրանք համոզված լինեն, որ աշխատանքի են ընդունել մարդկանց, ովքեր համապատասպանում են ՌԴ-ում գտնվելու չափանիշներին:
