Պերմյակովի նամակը` ծնողներին` «Այն, ինչ կատարվել է, ես չեմ արել, դա արել է...»

Պերմյակովի վարքի հետ կապված լուրջ կասկածներ են ի հայտ եկել: Այա մասին այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց Գյումրիում սպանված Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդների ներկայացուցիչներից Լուսինե Սահակյանը: Փորձագետները համարել են, որ նա մեղսունակ է: Ըստ Լուսինե Սահակյանի՝ փորձագետները եզրահանգել են, որ Վալերի Պերմյակովին հատուկ են իմպուլսիվություն, կամակորություն, եսակենտրոնություն, իրավիճակային ագրեսիվություն, բռնկվողականություն` տագնապային համակցումով, պրիմիտիվություն և ֆանտազյորություն:

Փաստաբանի խոսքով՝ Պերմյակովը բանակ զորակոչվելուց էլ շատ տարօրինակ վարք է ունեցել, մասնավորապես` աթոռով հարվածել է սպաներից մեկին միան այն բանի համար, որ նա խանգարել է իրեն և աթոռը քաշել իր տակից: Բացի այդ` նրա ծառայակիցները նշում են, որ առնվազն 2-3 օր շատ տխուր է եղել, անընդհատ լաց է եղել, և երբ նրան հարցրել են, թե ինչ է եղել, ասել է, որ մայրը մահացել է, մինչդեռ մայրը ողջ է:

Փաստաբանը նշեց, որ երբ հանցագործությունը կատարվել է, և Վալերի Պերմյակովն անազատության մեջ է եղել արդեն, նրա մոտ նոթատետր է հայտնաբերվել, որում եղել է նամակ՝ ուղղված ծնողներին: «Այնտեղ նա նշում է, որ` այն, ինչ կատարվել է, ես չեմ արել, դա արել է իմ միջի մարդը: Նաև այնտեղ նա մանրամասն նկարագրում է, թե ինքն ինչ իրավիճակում է գտնվել հանցագործությունը կատարելիս»,- մանրամասնեց փաստաբանը և հավելեց, որ փորձագետներին Պերմյակովն ասել է, որ երեխաներն իր համար ծաղիկներ են, սակայն հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ է սպանել երեխաներին, նա պարզունակ պատասխան է տվել. «Այդպես ստացվեց»:
