Գալուստ Սահակյանն ընդունել է Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահ Ռիշարդ Չարնեցկուն

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը հոկտեմբերի 16-ին ընդունել է Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահ, Եվրանեսթ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի փոխնախագահ Ռիշարդ Չարնեցկուն: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԺ հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Ողջունելով հյուրերին Ազգային ժողովում՝ Գալուստ Սահակյանը նշել է. «Եվրոպական միությունը եղել եւ մնում է Հայաստանի կարեւոր գործընկերներից մեկը: Բազմիցս ընդգծել ենք, որ ԵՄ-ի հետ մեր համագործակցությունը հիմնվում է առաջին հերթին ընդհանուր արժեքային համակարգի վրա: Մենք հաստատակամ ենք Եվրոպական միության հետ մեր հարաբերությունները շարունակաբար խորացնելու եւ ընդլայնելու հարցում»: Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի անդամակցությանը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը՝ ԱԺ նախագահը նշել է, որ այն պայմանավորված է աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողություններով Õ �ւ բխում է մեր երկրի շահերից:
Գալուստ Սահակյանը գոհունակությամբ նշել է, որ նախօրեին Եվրամիության խորհուրդը հաստատել է Հայաստանի հետ նոր, իրավաբանորեն պարտավորեցնող եւ լայնածավալ շրջանակային համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ բանակցությունների մանդատը:
Խոսելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնահարցի խաղաղ կարգավորման մասին՝ ԱԺ նախագահը փաստել է, որ այն ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքականության առաջնահերթություններից մեկն է, եւ Հայաստանը հակամարտության լուծումը տեսնում է բացառապես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի համանախագահների հովանու ներքո: Սակայն մտահոգիչ է Ադրբեջանի ոչ կառուցողական մոտեցումը, որը հանգեցնում է լարվածության աճի եւ շփման գծում նոր զոհերի:
ԱԺ նախագահը հավելել է. «Չլուծված հակամարտությունները չեն կարող արդարացնել մարդու հիմնարար ազատությունների եւ արժանապատվության ոչնչացումը: Խավիարային դիվանագիտությունը դարձել է Ադրբեջանի պետական քաղաքականությունը. այդ երկրի իշխանությունները փորձում են քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհում վերականգնել իրենց վարկաբեկված հեղինակությունը զարտուղի ճանապարհներով»:
Այդ համատեքստում Գալուստ Սահակյանն ընդգծել է, որ զարմանալի չէ Եվրանեսթ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովին Ադրբեջանի անդամակցության դադարեցման մասին որոշումը. դա վկայում է երկրում տիրող ավտորիտար ռեժիմի մասին:
Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը կարեւորել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողով-Եվրախորհրդարան համագործակցությունը, քաղաքական երկխոսությունն ու փոխայցելությունները, ինչպես նաեւ բարձր է գնահատել պարոն Չարնեցկու մասնակցությունը Հայոց ցեղասպանությանը նվիրված միջոցառումներին այս տարվա ապրիլին:
Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահ Ռիշարդ Չարնեցկին, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար, նշել է, որ չորրորդ անգամ է այցելում Հայաստան, սակայն որպես քրիստոնյա, որպես մարդ՝ չի կարող մոռանալ իր այցելությունը Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված միջոցառումներին: Նա նշել է, ուրախ էր այդ օրերին Հայաստանում ներկայացնելու Եվրոպական միությունը եւ 2015 թվականի ապրիլի 24-ը համարում է բեկումնային պահ հայ ժողովրդի համար. շատերն առաջին անգամ լսեցին Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին:
Ռիշարդ Չարնեցկին կարեւորել է ԵՄ-Հայաստան հարաբերությունների եւ փոխշահավետ համագործակցության ընդլայնումը:
Հանդիպման ավարտին Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Գալուստ Սահակյանը միջխորհրդարանական բարեկամական կապերի ամրապնդման բնագավառում ներդրած ավանդի համար Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահ, Եվրանեսթ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի փոխնախագահ Ռիշարդ Չարնեցկուն պարգեւատրել է ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատվո մեդալով:
