2011թ-ից սկսած Ադրբեջանը մեծ հաշվով Կազանը ձախողեց, գնաց ռազմամթերքի և ռազմական հնարավորությունների շնորհիվ խնդիրը լուծելու ճանապարհով: Այսպիսի տեսակետ է հայտնել քաղաքագետ Արմեն Գրիգորյանն «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի եթերում:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանը մինչև հիմա բանակցությունների միջոցով հարց լուծելու կամք չի դրսևորել, դա նշանակում է, որ նա ամեն կերպ ցանկանում է դա ռազմական ճանապարհով անել:

«Մի քանի հանգամանք կա, որ պետք է հաշվի առնել. ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո սահմանի երկայնքով տեղակայվել են տեսախցիկներ, որոնք ցերեկային ժամերին մինչև 35-40 կմ խորությամբ են ցույց տալիս, գիշերը՝ մինչև 10-15 կմ: Սա մի քիչ դժվարացնում է ապրիլյան սցենարը, որ հանկարծակի հարձակվեն»,-ասել է քաղաքագետը:

Ըստ նրա՝ 2011-ից սկսած՝ Ադրբեջանն ինչ-որ քայլեր էր ձեռնարկում, հետախույզներ էր ուղարկում, բայց տեսահսկող սարքերի տեղադրումից հետո Ադրբեջանը փոխել է իր մարտավարությունը:

«Այս տարի փետրվարի 25-ին էր, եթե չեմ սխալվում, դիվերսիան տեսախցիկների միջոցով բացահայտվեց և հայկական կողմը ոչնչացրեց նրանց: Ադրբեջանը գնաց այլ ճանապարհով՝ հեռվից կրակելու, վերջին 3 վիրավորը, որ ունեցել ենք և դրանից առաջ 3 զոհը՝ հեռվից են կրակել»,-հիշեցրել է Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:

Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ ռազմական ճանապարհով խնդիրը լուծելու Ադրբեջանի ցանկությունը մնում է: Այս պահին լայնամասշտաբ պատերազմի նախանշան, ըստ քաղաքագետի՝ դեռ չկա, լայնամասշտաբի խնդիրը նաև այն է, որ երկու կողմն ունենան փոխադարձ ոչնչացման շատ զենք:

«Հիմա պետք է հասկանալ, թե Ադրբեջանն ինչպես է փոխելու մարտավարությունը: Այդ «Սոլնցեպյոկների» պատճառով ապրիլյան պատերազմում զոհ ենք ունեցել, բայց, ամեն դեպքում, արդյունավետ չի աշխատել: Հիմա չգիտեմ՝ այդ ռազմամթերքն ինչ արդյունք կարող է ունենալ նոր թեժացման համար»,-հայտնել է Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:

Նա կարծիք է հայտնել, որ Ադրբեջանը շարունակելու է թեժ պահել առաջին գիծը, երբ իրենք կրակում են, մերոնք էլ պատասխան գործողություններ են իրականացնում:

«Մի տեսակ ստացվել է այնպիսի իրավիճակ, երբ երկու կողմն էլ իրար պատժելու գործողություների են գնում: Վերջին երեք վիրավորն իրենց կողմից փոքրիկի մահվան պատասխանի արդյունքում էր, դրանից առաջ էլ մենք ենք իրենց պատժել, որովհետև խփում էին մեր դիրքերին բնակավայրում տեղակայված հենակետերից: Մի խոսքով՝ անվերջ շղթա է դարձել»,-նշել է քաղաքագետը:

Երկու կողմում ռազմամթերքի ավելացումը տանում է նրան, որ ավելի ակտիվ են սկսում կրակել: Արմեն Գրիգորյանի խոսքով՝ բանակցությունները մի տեսակ փակուղու մեջ են, հենց այս թեժացման պատճառով կարծես հանդիպումները հետաձգվում են:

«Ադրբեջանին ռուսական զենքի մատակարարումը նշանակում է՝ հայ-ռուսական երկարատև բարեկամությանը ևս մեկ բացասական կոմպոնենտ է ավելանում: Շատերը կարծում են, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում քարացած մի իրավիճակ է, որտեղ փոփոխություններ չեն լինի, բայց նույնիսկ ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ հանրային վերաբերմունքում փոփոխություններ կան: Բոլորն էլ գիտեն, որ Ռուսաստանը Ադրբեջանին զենք մատակարարելով՝ մեր դեմ է գործում»,-հայտարարել է Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:
