Վաղը Հայաստանում սպասվում է ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթների 7–րդ աստիճան՝ բարձր և վտանգավոր ռադիացիոն ֆոն

Հուլիսի 11-ին հանրապետությունում գրանցվելու է ուլտրամանուշակագույն 7 ինդեքս: Ինչը նշանակում է բարձր և վտանգավորության աստիճանի ռադիացիոն ֆոն և կամ ուղիղ ճառագայթային ռադիացիա: Այս մասին Tert.am-ին հայտնեց ԱԻՆ «Հիդրոմետ» ծառայությունից Նատալյա Բիշարյանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ ուրբաթ հանրապետությունում գրանցվել է 5 ինդեքս, շաբաթ-կիրակի օրվա համար տվյալներ չկան, այսօր՝ դեռ նույնպես, իսկ վաղվա համար՝ 7-րդ աստիճանի մակարդակ:
Tert.am–ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ ԱՆ հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների և ներհիվանդանոցային վարակների համաճարակաբանության բաժնի պետ Ռոմելա Աբովյանը հայտնեց, որ բացի միջազգային չափորոշիչներից, կա նաև դաշտին առնչվող հայկական օրենսդրություն, որի համաձայն՝ ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթների անվտանգ մակարդակը մինչև 5 է:
«Վեց կամ 7 արժեքները համարվում են անբարենպաստ, և դասակարգումը հետևյալն է. մինչև 5-ը վտանգավոր չէ, 6-7–ը համարվում է բարձր ու մի քիչ վտանգավոր, 8-10-ը՝ շատ բարձր և շատ վտանգավոր, և էքստրեմալ՝ 11-12: Սա շատ խիստ վտանգավոր մակարդակն է»,- ասաց Ռոմելա Աբովյանը:
Նա, նշելով, որ քիչ չափաբաժիններով ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթներն անգամ օգտակար են, հատկապես երեխաներին ու անհրաժեշտ է օրգանիզմի՝ վիտամին Д սինթեզելու համար:
Ըստ բժշկուհու՝ ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթների բարձր աստիճանն ունենում է հեռահար և տեղային ազդեցություն:
«Տեղայինը՝ արևայրուքներ, աչքի կատարակտի բորբոքում, էրիտեմա, իսկ հեռահարն արդեն մելանոման է: Եթե շատ երկար ժամանակ, քրոնիկ մնում ես արևի ճառագայթների տակ, ուղիղ արևի տակ, մաշկի չարորակ քաղցկեղով հիվանդանալու ռիսկը մեծանում է»,- ասաց Ռոմելա Աբովյանը:
Նրա հիմնական ու ամենաառաջին խորհուրդն է՝ չմնալ արևի ուլտրամանուշակագույն ճառագայթների տակ ցերեկը 12-17-ը:
«Հատկապես վտանգավոր է քրոնիկ հիվանդների, հղիներ, ծերերի, ու անգամ ստվերի ներքո խորհուրդ չի տրվում մնալ: Ուղղակի պետք է գտնվել բնակարանում: Շատ խորհուրդներ կան նաև ֆիզիկական ակտիվություն վարելու հետ կապված, որ հիմնականում դա պետք է անել երեկոյան ժամերին ու ոչ շատ ինտենսիվ»,- հավելեց նա:
