Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն անդրադարձել է ՀՀ-ում ԵՄ դեսպան Պյոտր Սվիտալսկու հայտարարությանը՝ հանձնաժողովի կազմում քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչների ներկայությունն ապահովող մոդելի ներդրման վերաբերյալ: Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը նախ ընդգծեց, որ ի սկզբանե փորձ էր արվում խեղաթյուրել դեսպանի խոսքերը՝ ներկայացնելով այնպես, թե նա նկատի է ունեցել ԿԸՀ կազմի փոփոխությունը:

«Բայց խոսքը բնավ չէր վերաբերվում հանձնաժողովի կազմի փոփոխությանը: Խոսքը վերաբերվում է հանձնաժողովի ձևավորման վերաբերյալ ինստիտուցիոնալ առաջարկի ներկայացմանը, որպեսզի հանձնաժողովում կազմավորման առումով լիներ մոդել, որը հնարավորություն կտար հանձնաժողովի կազմում ապահովել նաև քաղաքացիական հասարակության ներկայացուցիչների ներկայությունը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ նշեց Տիգրան Մուկուչյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ ինքը դա ընդունում է որպես առաջարկ, իսկ առաջարկ բոլորը կարող են ներկայացնել:  «Սակայն իրացման տեսանկյունից ես չեմ պատկերացնում նման լուծում, որովհետև այս անգամ էլ բազմաթիվ այլ հարցեր են առաջ գալու՝ քաղաքացիական հասարակությունից ի՞նչ սկզբունքով է իրականացվելու  ընտրությունը, ո՞վ պետք է ընտրվի և այլն»,- եզրափակեց Մուկուչյանը:
