Այսօր առավոտյան Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Աստղաձոր գյուղի մի խումբ բնակիչներ փակել են Մարտունի-Վարդենիս –Մարտակերտ միջպետական նշանակության ճանապարհը՝ իրենց դժգոհությունն արտահայտելով ոռոգման ջրի անբավարար մատակարարումից:

«Արմենպրես»-ի տեղեկացմամբ՝ փակված ճանապարհն առավոտվա ժամերի ընթացքում բացվել է Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի, ՀՀ Ոստիկանության Գեղարքունիքի մարզային վարչության Մարտունու բաժանմունքի եւ «Գեղարքունիք» ջրօգտագործողների ընկերության բացատրական աշխատանքից հետո, որից հետո շահագրգիռ կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները ձեռնամուխ են եղել խնդրի կարգավորմանը: «Գեղարքունիք» ՋՕԸ տնօրեն Ռոբերտ Մինասյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ Աստղաձորի պոմպակայանը տնտեսություններին ոռոգման ջուր մատակարարել է սկսել այս տարվա հուլիսի 3-ից, իսկ այժմ երկու պոմպերն էլ աշխատում են իրենց ողջ հզորությամբ՝ 330 լիտր վայրկյան ընդհանուր հզորությամբ, սակայն ջրատարի ելքում բավարար ջուր չի մատակարարվում ջրատար խողովակների վրա տեղադրված փականներից չափից շատ ջրառ կատարելու պատճառով, ինչի արդյունքում էլ առաջացել է խնդիրը:«Մեր ընկերության հետ այս պահի դրությամբ պայմանագրեր կնքած տնտեսությունների կողմից մշակվող հողատարածքները կազմում են 46 հեկտար, մինչդեռ Աստղաձորի տնտեսությունների դժգոհ մասի կողմից խոսք է գնում անջրդի մնացած 500 հեկտար ցանքատարածության մասին: Նախորդ տարի մեր կողմից սպասարկվող տարածքը կազմել է 90 հեկտար: Պայմանագրերի կնքումը տնտեսությունների հետ շարունակվում է, եւ առաջիկա օրերին կհստակեցվի այս տարվա համար սպասարկվելիք ցանքատարածությունների չափը, որը մեր մոտավոր հաշվարկներով կկազմի 100-120 հեկտար: Մնացած ցանքատարածքները ոռոգվում են խորքային հորերի միջոցով կամ ինքնահոս եղանակով, որի պատասխանատուն Աստղաձորի գյուղապետարանն է: Ջուրը մենք այս պահին էլ մատակարարում ենք, փորձում ենք խիստ հսկողություն սահմանել, որ ջրատարի ելքում բավարար քանակի ջուր մղվի, որոշել ենք անհրաժեշտ կամ պահանջվող ջրաքանակ ապահովելու համար եւս մեկ մղող պոմպ ավելացնել, որը մեզնից պահանջելու է 7-10 օր: Կանենք հնարավորը, որպեսզի մեր սպասարկման տիրույթում գտնվող տնտեսությունները անխափան ու բավարար քանակի ոռոգման ջուր ստանան»,-ներկայացրեց Ռոբերտ Մինասյանը: Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի գյուղատնտեսության եւ բնապահպանության վարչության պետ Համբարձում Համբարձումյանի եւ տեղական ինքնակառավարման եւ հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների տարածքային ծառայությունների գործունեության համակարգման վարչության պետ Վանիկ Հարությունյանի հավաստմամբ՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի, ՀՀ ԿԱ ջրտնտպետկոմի մասնագետների, «Գեղարքունիք» ՋՕԸ տնօրինության եւ Աստղաձորի գյուղապետարանի համատեղ աշխատանքի եւ ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում իրավիճակը մեղմվել է, քայլ առ քայլ լուծում են ստանում առաջացած խնդիրները:«Տարին չորային է, ջրի քանակը՝ պահանջվածից անբավարար: Բացի այդ, ջրի կառավարման խնդիր կա, որը պետք է կանոնակարգվի համատեղ ուժերով: «Գեղարքունիք» ՋՕԸ կողմից մեկ լրացուցիչ պոմպի գործադրմամբ, կարծում եմ, խնդիրը հիմնովին կկարգավորվի»,-ներկայացրեց Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի տեղական ինքնակառավարման եւ հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների տարածքային ծառայությունների գործունեության համակարգման վարչության պետ Վանիկ Հարությունյանը:
