Քուվեյթի, ԱՄՆ-ի եւ Մեծ Բրիտանիայի կողմից Պարսից ծոցի ճգնաժամի մասնակիցներին ուղղված համատեղ կոչը դարձել Է պետքարտուղար Ռելս Թիլերսոնի մերձավորարեւելյան շրջագայության արդյունքը: ԱՄՆ-ի Պետդեպարտամենտի ղեկավարը հուլիսի 10-ի երեկոյան Ստամբուլից Քուվեյթ Է ժամանել Էմիր շեյխ Սաբահ ալ Ահմեդ ալ Ջաբեր աս Սաբահի հրավերով, որը միջնրդ Է հանդես Է գալիս կարգավորման հարցում: Նա Էմիրությունից մեկնել Է Քատար, իսկ հետո՝ Սաուդյան Արաբիա, որպեսզի տարածաշրջանի ղեկավարների հետ քննարկի ստեղծված իրադրությունը, տեղեկացնում Է«Արմենպրես»-ը:
Էլ Քուվեյթում մամուլի համար փակ բանակցություններում, որոնց մասնակցում Էին Թիլերսոնը, Մեծ Բրիտանիայի ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդական Մարկ Սիդվելը եւ Քուվեյթի ԱԳ նախարարության ղեկավար շեյխ Սաբահ ալ Խալեդ ալ Համադ աս Սաբահը, ընդունվել Է համատեղ հայտարարություն:
«Քուվեյթը, ԱՄՆ-ը, Մեծ Բիտանիան բոլոր կողմերին տարածաշրջանում ներկայիս ճգնաժամը շուտափույթ կասեցնելու եւ երկխոսության միջոցով դրա լուծում մշակելու կոչ են արել»,- հաղորդել Է KUNA գործակալությունը: Այս առնչությամբ Լոնդոնը եւ Վաշինգտոնը հայտարարել են, որ լիովին հավանություն են տալիս Քուվեյթի ղեկավարի միջնորդական ջանքերին, հաղոդրել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
