Խոսքի սահմանափակում. Թուրքիայի մեջլիսում նախատեսում են պատժել Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին խոսող պատգամավորներին

Թուրքիայի մեջլիսում պատգամավորները կարող են պատժվել Հայոց ցեղասպանության մասին խոսելու համար: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով թուրքական Yeniçağ Gazetesi-ի կայքը, իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» կուսակցությունը և նրա հետ համագործակցող «Ազգային շարժում» կուսակցությունը ներկայացրել են խորհրդարանում պատգամավորների վարքի, նրանց արտաքին տեսքի և նիստերի կանոնակարգերի հետ կապված փոփոխությունների 18 կետանոց փաթեթ:
Փաթեթը ենթադրում է պատիժ սահմանել այն պատգամավորների համար, ովքեր կվիրավորեն «թուրք ազգի պատմությունն ու համատեղ անցյալը»: Լրատվամիջոցը նշում է, որ որպես «վիրավորանք» են ընկալվելու «1915 թվականի դեպքերի մասին» խոսելիս «Հայոց ցեղասպանություն» եզրույթի կիրառումը: Արգելքը վերաբերելու է նաև մեջլիսի ամբիոնից «Քուրդիստան», «քրդական նահանգներ» եզրույթներին:
Օրենքը խախտող պատգամավորներին նախատեսվում է ժամանակավոր հեռացնել մեջլիսի աշխատանքներից, ինչպես նաև պահել աշխատավարձի 1/3-ը, որը կազմում է մոր 12 հազար թուրքական լիրա (ավելի քան 3 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար):
Թուրքիայի մեջլիսի հայ պատգամավոր, քրդամետ Ժողովուրդների դեմոկրատական կուսակցության անդամ Գարո Փայլանը 2017 թվականի հունվարի 13-ին սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների առաջարկի քննարկման ժամանակ «ցեղասպանություն» եզրույթը կիրառելու պատճառով իշխող «Արդարություն և զարգացում» և ընդդիմադիր «Ազգայնական շարժում» կուսակցությունների կողմից խիստ արձագանքի էր հանդիպել: Նրանից պահանջել էին հրաժարվել «ցեղասպանություն» բառից: Այն բանից հետո, ինչ Փայլանը հրաժարվել էր դա անել, նրան 3 նիստից հեռացնելու մասին որոշում էր կայացվել, իսկ նրա խոսքերը հանվել էին մեջլիսի արձանագրություններից:
