Հայաստանն ու Իրանը համատեղ կնպաստեն տարածաշրջանում աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցմանը

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը հուլիսի 11-ին ընդունեց Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության «Կարմիր մահիկի» ընկերակցության նախագահ Սեյեդ Ամիր Մոհսեն Զիայի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը և ՀՀ ում ԻԻՀ-ի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սեյեդ Քազեմ Սաջջադին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեց հայ-իրանական համագործակցությունը աղետների ռիսկի նվազեցման և արտակարգ պատահարներին ու աղետներին համատեղ արձագանքման ոլորտում՝ Իրանի «Կարմիր մահիկի» ընկերակցության հետ համատեղ աշխատանքի միջոցով: Վերջինս Իրանում գործում է շուրջ 95 տարի և ունի մոտ 9000 աշխատակից:
Անդրադառնալով տարածաշրջանում աղետների ռիսկի կանխարգելման, խոցելիության բացահայատման ու բնակչության պատրաստվածության մակարդակի բարձրացման հիմնահարցերին՝ կողմերը քննարկեցին փորձի փոխանակման և համատեղ ուսումնավարժանքի կազմակերպման հնարավորությունները:
Իր խոսքում ԱԻ նախարարը հատկապես կարևորեց իրանական փորձը նահանգային մակարդակում աղետների ռիսկի կառավարման և արագ արձագանքման ոլորտում՝ նշելով, որ Հայաստանը կարիք ունի ուժեղացնելու ճգնաժամային արագ արձագանքման համակարգը մարզերում:
Կողմերն անդրադարձան նաև փրկարարական կամավորական ուժերի ձևավորման հնարավորություններին ու մեխանիզմներին, փրկարարների համար առաջին բուժօգնության դասընթացների կազմակերպմանը՝ վերջիններիս բուժպատրաստվածության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու նպատակով:
Հաշվի առնելով ԻԻՀ-ի և ՀՀ-ի միջև ակտիվ զբոսաշրջությունը՝ պայմանավորվածություն ձեռքբերվեց Հայաստան-Իրան ավտոճանապարհին համատեղ հերթապահությունների իրականացման վերաբերյալ: Նախարար Տոնոյանը նաև նշեց, որ հանձնարարել է Սյունիքի մարզի Ճգնաժամային կառավարման կենտրոնում ընդգրկել պարսկերեն լեզվին տիրապետող մասնագետներ, որպեսզի իրանցի զբոսաշրջիկները «911» ահազանգելու դեպքում հնարավորինս հեշտ սպասարկվեն:
Հանդիպման ավարտին հյուրերն այցելեցին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն և Աղետների բժշկության կենտրոն՝ ծանոթանալու վերջիններիս գործառույթներին ու տեխնիկական հագեցվածությանը:
