«Իգլա»-ի փաստով հարուցված քրգործի նյութերն ուղարկվել են դատախազին

«Իգլա»-ի փաստով հարուցված քրեական գործի նյութերն ուղարկվել են հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և գործը դատարան ուղարկելու համար:
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց գործով մեղադրյալ Սանասար Գաբրիելյանի շահերի պաշտպան Կարապետ Աղաջանյանը. «Գործն ուղարկվել է դատախազին՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատելու և գործը դատարան ուղարկելու համար»:
Գործով մեղադրյալ են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանը, Սանասար Գաբրիելյանը, Արմեն Պողոսյանը և Հրաչ Մայիլյանը:
Նրանց բոլորին նկատմամբ նախկինում առաջադրված ապօրինի զենքի մաքսանենգության վերաբերյալ մեղադրանքը հանվել է, և այդ մասով քրեական գործը ապացույցների անբավարար լինելու հիմքով կարճվել է:
Այժմ, բացառությամբ Սամվել Բաբայանի, բոլորը մեղադրվում են ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի՝ ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելու, իրացնելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու կամ կրելու մեջ:
Սամվել Բաբայանը մեղադրվում է այդ՝ 235-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի և ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 190-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով արարք կատարելու մեջ՝ փողերի լվացում:
Նշենք, որ Վրաստանի Ներքին գործերի նախարարության աշխատակիցները մարտի 28-ին ձերբակալել էին «Իգլա»-ի գործով հետախուզվող Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացու՝ 1977թ.-ին ծնված Ռոբերտ Ա.-ին, ում, սակայն, դեռևս Հայաստանին չեն փոխանցել:
Նշենք, որ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը «Իգլայի» գործով Թբիլիսում ձերբակալված ՀՀ քաղաքացուն Հայաստանին հանձնելու պահանջ է ներկայացրել Վրաստանի ՆԳՆ-ին:
