Մայիսի 9-ին Կալիֆորնիայի Փալմ Սփրինգս քաղաքի Agua Caliente հյուրանոցի The Show հեղինակավոր դահլիճում տեղի ունեցավ World Armenian Entertainment Award ամենամյա երկրորդ մրցանակաբաշխությունը: Global Arts ընկերության և USArmenia հեռուստաալիքի կազմակերպած միջոցառման հյուրերի և մասնակիցների շարքում Հայաստանը և Սփյուռքը ներկայացնող մի շարք արվեստագետներ, շոու-բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչներ և արտիստներ էին` Հարութ Փամբուկչյան, Հրանտ Թոխատյան, Միքայել Պողոսյան, Գև Օրկյան, Աշոտ Ղազարյան, Վահիկ Փիրհամզե, Էռնա Յուզբաշյան, Արմենչիկ, Մարտին Մկրտչյան, Քրիստինե Պեպելյան, Էմմի, Սիլվա Հակոբյան, Էրիկ, Արմո, Արսեն Գրիգորյան, Էֆո, Լուիզա Ներսիսյան, Արշալույս Դարբինյան, Մհեր Բաղդասարյան, Մայա Պողոսյան, Սոֆյա Պողոսյան, Ինգա Լալա, Անժելա Սարաֆյան, Նարեկ Ղափլանյան և այլն…

Կինոյի, թատրոնի ոլորտում ավանդի համար հատուկ մրցանակների արժանացան Հրանտ Թոխատյանը, Միքայել Պողոսյանը և Վահիկ Փիրհամզեն: Երաժշտության ոլորտում ներդրման համար` Նադեժդա Սարգսյանը և հեռուստատեսության ոլորտում` Ալինա Խաչատրյանը` «Հայրենիք – Սփյուռք» հաղորդման համար: «Կենդանի լեգենդ» մրցանակին արժանացավ Ջիվան Գասպարյանը:

«Տարվա լավագույն երգիչ» ճանաչվեց Մարտին Մկրտչյանը, «Տարվա լավագույն երգչուհի»` Քրիստինե Պեպելյանը: «Սփյուռքի տարվա լավագույն երգչուհի» անվանակարգում հաղթող ճանաչվեց լիբանանաբնակ Այլին Խաչատրյանը, իսկ ազգագրական երգերի սիրված կատարող Գառնիկ Սարգսյանն արժանացավ «Սփյուռքի տարվա լավագույն երգիչ» մրցանակին:

Երեկոյի հանդիսավարներն էին Բրիտանիայում բնակվող հայտնի դերասան Գև Օրկյանը, Միացյալ Նահանգներից` Արշալույս Դարբինյանը, Մհեր Բաղդասարյանը, Միսս Բեվերլի Հիլս, հայազգի մոդել Ինգա Լալանը, Հայաստանից` Արսեն Գրիգորյանը, Լուիզա Ներսիսյանը, Մայա Պողոսյանը և Սոֆյա Պողոսյանը:

Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-ամյա տարելիցին նվիրված ելույթներով ներկայացան Հրանտ Թոխատյանը, Միքայել Պողոսյանը, Էմմին, Փայլա Գևորգյանը: Դիզայներ Լիլիթ Մարգարյանը ներկայացրեց ցեղասպանությանը նվիրված Galleria 100 նորաձևության ցուցադրությունը:
