«Իրավունք» թերթը գրում է.

«ՀՅԴ խմբակցության ղեկավար Արմեն Ռուստամյանը իր հարցազրույցներից մեկում, ըստ էության, պնդել է, որ ՀՀԿ-ն ընտրակաշառքը է բաժանել. «Չէ, մենակ այդպես չէ, մեկ ուժ չէ, մի քանի ուժեր են այդ հարցի մեջ առնչված եղել: Մի ուղղությամբ պետք չէ սլաքներն ուղղել, ես երևույթն եմ ասում: Եթե կա պահանջարկ, առաջարկող կլինի: Հարցը միայն իշխանության և ընդդիմության մեջ չէ: Իհարկե, ավելի մեծ հնարավորություններ՝ այդ ռեսուրսն օգտագործելու, ունեն իշխանությունները, բայց դա չի արդարացնում այն մարդկանց, որոնք կաշառք ստանալու ակնկալիք ունեին: Քաղաքացիների մեծ մասն ընտրությունները համարում է փող աշխատելու միջոց»:

Ու թեև սույն դաշնակցական գործիչը այդ «մեղքը» չի համարում բացառապես իշխող կուսակցության մենաշնորհը, այնուամենայնիվ, ըստ որոշ տեղեկությունների, այդպիսի քայլը զայրույթ է առաջացրել ՀՀԿ-ում, ուր դա համարել են կոալիցիոն գործընկեր ուժին ոչ վայել գործելակերպ:

Ասում են, թե այդ թեմայի շուրջ կոալիցիոն գործընկերների միջև եղել է բավական կոշտ խոսակցություն, և ընկեր դաշնակներին հասկացրել են, որ ոչ հուսալի գործընկերոջ վարքագիծ դրսևորելը կարող է հանգեցնել նրան, որ 2018-ին բանը հասնի երկու կուսակցությունների հարաբերությունների վերանայման:

Ըստ ամենայնի, հանրապետականները հոգնել են դաշնակցական «ֆոկուսներից», երբ ՀՅԴ-ն ինչ-որ պահերի սկսում է «կոտոշ ցույց տալ»՝ ձգտելով սակարկության նոր առիթների և նոր արտոնությունների ձեռք բերման»:
