Արզնիի ուսումնավարժանքին հետևել են ԱԻ նախարարը և ԻԻՀ «կարմիր մահիկի» նախագահը

Կոտայքի մարզի Արզնի ձորում կայացավ «Հրդեհաշիջման և փրկարարական աշխատանքների կազմակերպումը և իրականացումը բարձրահարկ շինությունում» թեմայով ուսումնավարժանք: Ցուցադրական վարժանքն իրականացվեց Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության «Կարմիր մահիկի» պատվիրակության՝ Հայաստան այցի շրջանակներում: Ուսումնավարժանքի ընթացքին հրամանատարական դիտակետից՝ հետևում էին ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը, ԻԻՀ «Կարմիր մահիկի» «Կարմիր մահիկի» ընկերակցության նախագահ Սեյեդ Ամիր Մոհսեն Զիային և պատվիրակության անդամները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:
Ըստ ուսումնավարժանքի սցենարի՝ ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզի Արզնի ձորի բարձրահարկ բնակելի շենքում տեղի էր ունեցել պայթուն, կան տուժածներ:
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր են ժամանում ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ՓԾ ՓՈՒՎ ՀՆՓԱԻԿ երկու փրկարարական խմբերը, ՀՀ ԱԻՆ «Աղետների բժշկության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի պարամեդիկական խումբը, ԵՓՎ մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ և ավտոսանդուղքը: Ուսումնավարժությանը ստորաբաժանումները ներգրավված էին երկու փուլով: Առաջին փուլում իրականացվեցին փրկարարական և առաջին բուժօգնության աշխատանքներ, իսկ երկրորդ փուլում` հրդեհաշիջման և բուժօգնության աշխատանքներ:
Ուսումնավարժանքին մասնակցում էին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ «Աղետների բժշկության կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի հերթապահ խումբը` մեկ պարամեդիկական ավտոմեքենայով, ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ՓԾ ՓՈՒՎ հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի փրկարարական խմբերը` տասներկու փրկարարներով, փրկարարական և մեկ օժանդակ ավտոմեքենաներով, ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ՓԾ Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության հատուկ հրշեջ ջոկատի մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ, ինչպես նաև՝ շտապ բուժօգնություն մեկ բրիգադ:
Ուսումնավարժանքը նպատակ ուներ ստուգել բնակելի շենքում պայթունի հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակում գործելու արձագանքող ուժերի պատրաստվածությունը, տվյալ իրավիճակում հրդեհաշիջման ու փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կարողությունը, ինչպես նաև՝ կատարելագործել անձնակազմերի՝ հրդեհի մարման աշխատանքների ժամանակ մարդկանց որոնելու և փրկելու, գործնական հմտությունները:
Ուսումնավարժանքի մասնակիցներին հաջողվեց կատարել իրենց առջև դրված փրկարարական առաջադրանքները` ներառյալ տուժածների առաջին բուժօգնության տրամադրումը:
Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունից ժամանած պատվիրակությունը հնարավորություն ունեցավ ծանոթանալ փրկարարական անձնակազմի գույքային և տեխնիկական հագեցվածությանը: ԻԻՀ «Կարմիր մահիկի» նախագահ Ամիր Մոհսեն Զիային Իրանի ժողովրդի անունից շնորհակալություն հայտնեց բարեկամ հայ ժողովրդին, հայ փրկարարներին՝ 2003 թ.-ին Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության Բամ քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած հզոր երկրաշարժից հետո օգնության ձեռք մեկնելու համար:
Նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց փրկարարներին իրենց աշխատանքի համար՝ բարձր գնահատելով վերջիններիս պատրաստվածությունը:
