Ծնողները պետք է նորածնին սիրով և հոգատարությամբ շրջապատեն: Այդ պատճառով մարդիկ բացասաբար են ընդունում գործողությունները, որոնք ծաղր են փոքրիկի հանդեպ:

Սակայն այս պատմության մեջ ամեն ինչ ոչ միանշանակ է:

Ամեն ինչ սկսվեց նրանից, որ համացանցի օգտատերերին սարսափեցրեց 6-ամսեկան փոքրիկի մոր հրապարակած լուսանկարը: Փոքրիկի այտի փոսիկի մեջ փիրսինգ էր փայլում: Իսկ մայրը կից մեկնաբանության մեջ պնդում էր, որ միայն ինքը կարող է որոշել՝ ինչպես վարվել իր դստեր մարմնի հետ:

Այդ օրը 6 երեխաների մայր Էնեդինա Վենսը բացասական բովանդակությամբ շատ նամակներ ստացավ: Ոմանք պատրաստվում էին նրա արածի մասին խնամակալության մարմիններին հայտնել, ուրիշները նրան անպատվում էին վերջին բառերով: Սակայն քիչ ուշ պարզվեց, որ Վենսն աղջկան փիրսինգ չէր արել:

Լուսանկարը, որի պատճառով սկանդալ բռնկվեց, նա Ֆոտոշոփով էր մշակել: Այդպես արեց ուշադրություն հրավիրելու համար խնդրին, որի դեմ վաղուց է պայքարում:

Էնեդինան խմբի անդամ է, որը պայքարում է երեխաների բռնի թլպատման դեմ: Բազմազավակ մայրն ասում է, որ փոստում օգտագործել էր հենց այն խոսքերը, որոնք սովորաբար օգտագործում են այդպիսի գործողություններն արդարացնելու համար:

Ըստ Վենսի՝ հազարավոր մարդիկ իրենց երեխաներին թլպատում են զուտ ծիսական շրջանակներում: Բնականաբար, երեխաներին ոչ ոք չի հարցնում: Իսկ վերջին տարիներին շատ բժիշկներ պնդում են՝ երեխաներին թլպատում պետք չէ:

Այս բացատրությունից հետո շատերն աջակցեցին Էնեդինային: Իսկ ուրիշները կարծում են, որ նա խառնվում է իրեն չվերաբերող գործերին և փորձում է ուրիշների վզին փաթաթել իր կարծիքը:
