5 կոպիտ սխալ բուժման ընթացքում, որոնց հետևանքով դեղամիջոցները չեն ազդում

Adme.ru-ն գրում է, որ օգտագործվող դեղամիջոցների արդյունավետության վրա ազդում են մի շարք գործոններ։ Բուժման ընթացքում թույլ տրված որոշակի սխալներ կարող են իջեցնել դեղամիջոցների արդյունավետությունը։
1. Սխալ հեղուկով ենք խմում։ Գոյություն ունի ըմպելիքի մի խումբ, որոնք զգալիորեն թուլացնում են դեղամիջոցների ազդեցությունը։ Դրանց շարքում են. սուրճը և կոլան՝ դեղամիջոցներն արագ քայքայվում են թեյը՝ դանդաղեցնում է բաղադրիչների ներծծումը կաթը՝ թուլացնում է հակաբիոտիկների ազդեցությունը գրեյպֆրուտի հյութը՝ փոխում է դեղամիջոցի ազդեցությունը։ Եթե դեղամիջոցի օգտագործման հրահանգներում հակառակը նշված չէ, այն հարկավոր է ընդունել սենյակային ջերմաստիճանի ջրով։
2. Սխալ սնունդ ենք օգտագործում։ Եթե դեղամիջոցը հարկավոր է օգտագործել ուտելու ընթացքում, ուշադրություն դարձրեք օգտագործվող սննդին։ Մանրաթելերով հարուստ սնունդը կարող է օրգանիզմից դուրս բերել օգտակար բաղադրիչների մի մասը։ Դրանց թվում են.
- վարսակի փաթիլները
- կաղամբը
- հատապտուղները
- բանջարեղենը
- դդումը
- լոբազգիները
- սունկը
Դեղամիջոցն օգտագործելուց առաջ ուշադրություն դարձրեք օգտագործման հրահանգներին։
3. Չեք հետևում գրաֆիկին։ Հարկավոր է ուշադիր լինել դեղամիջոցների օգտագործման գրաֆիկին, հատկապես, եթե խոսքը վերաբերում է հակաբիոտիկներին։
4. Միանգամից մի քանի դեղամիջոց եք օգտագործում։ Եթե բժիշկը միանգամից մի քանի դեղամիջոց է նշանակել և չի նշել, որ դրանք հարկավոր է միաժամանակ օգտագործել, գերադասելի է դրանք օգտագործել որոշակի ընդմիջումներով։ Հաջորդ դեղամիջոցն ընդունեք 10 րոպե անց։
5. Կիսատ եք թողնում բուժումը։ Հաճախ բուժումը թողնում ենք, հենց մեզ ավելի լավ ենք զգում։ Սա լուրջ սխալ է, որն ամենայն հավանականությամբ կհանգեցնի հիվանդության կրկնության։ Դեղամիջոցները հարկավոր է ընդունել այնքան ժամանակ, որքան դրանք նշանակել է բժիշկը։ Չէ՞ որ բուժման իմաստը ոչ միայն դրսևորվող նշաններից ազատվելն է, այլև արդյունքը պահպանելը։
