ՀՀ առևտրարդյուանբերական պալատը ԱՊՀ երկրներին առաջարկում է միասին պայքարել ապրանքանշանների կեղծման դեմ

ԱՊՀ երկրներում կեղծ ապրանքների դեմ պայքարելու նպատակով հայկական կողմն առաջարկել է համագործակցել մտավոր սեփականության իրավունքների պաշտպանության հարցում: Հոկտեմբերի 16-ին Երևանում կայացած` ԱՊՀ երկրների առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատների ղեկավարների խորհրդի նիստի ժամանակ առաջարկը ներկայացրեց ՀՀ առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատի մտավոր սեփականության հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արտակ Միքայ ելյանը: «Հաշվի առնելով ապրանքների կեղծման ներկայիս իրավիճակը` նպատակահարմար է փոխհամագործակցությունը, որը թե' մեր, թե' ԱՊՀ երկրների իրավատերերի իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն ուղղված կլինի»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում հայտնեց Արտակ Միքայելյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` կեղծ ապրանքների շրջանառության խնդիրը միշտ էլ առկա է եղել, բայց ներկայիս տնտեսական խիստ մրցակցության պայմաններում աճի միտումներ են նկատվում: «Մարդիկ էժան գնային քաղաքականություն վարելու համար նմանակում են շուկայում արդեն հայտնի ապրանքային նշանները ու ավելի մեծ եկամուտներ ակնկալում»,- նշեց զրուցակիցը:
Արտակ Միքայելյանի դիտարկմամբ` արտասահմանյան ապրանքները հայկական շուկայում ավելի շատ են կեղծվում, քան հայկականներն այլ շուկաներում: «Այս նախաձեռնությունն ուղղված է նաև մեր սպառողների պաշտպանությանը, ինչպես նաև բիզնեսի առողջ զարգացման համար է, քանի որ դա մեծ խոչընդոտ է հատկապես ներմուծողների համար: Նրանք գործարար կապեր են փորձում հաստատել, ապրանքները բերում ու տարածում են հայկական շուկայում, և , երբ այդ ապրանքներն սպառողներին արդեն հայտնի են դառնում, հայտնվում է կեղծը, և օրիգինալ ապրանք ներմուծողն արդեն մրցակցությանը չի դիմաÕ �ում»,-նկատեց Արտակ Միքայելյանը` ավելացնելով, որ, որպես քաղաքականություն մշակող մարմին, առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատները խորհուրդ կտան տնտեսվարողներին, թե իրավունքների խախտման դեպքում ինչ միջոցառումների դիմել: «Կախված իրավիճակից` մենք կարող ենք խորհուրդ տալ ծանուցել իրավախախտներին, դիմել ՏՄՊՊՀ կամ ոստիկանություն: Ամեն դեպքի համար մենք խորհրդատվություն կտրամադրենք»,- հայտնեց զրուցակիցը:
ԱՊՀ անդամ երկրների առևտրաարդյունաբերական պալատների ղեկավարների խորհուրդը ստեղծվել է դեռևս 2003 թվականին` Եվգենի Պրիմակովի գլխավորությամբ: Առաջին նիստը կայացել է ՌԴ-ում նույն տարում, երկրորդը` Հայաստանում 2004 թվականին:
