Հայաստանի և Սինգապուրի միջև օդային հաղորդակցությունների ոլորտը կկարգավորվի միջկառավարական համաձայնագրով

ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի գլխավոր վարչության պետ Սերգեյ Ավետիսյանի՝ Սինգապուրի Հանրապետություն կատարած այցի շրջանակներում այսօր՝ հուլիսի 12-ին, ստորագրվել է «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Սինգապուրի Հանրապետության կառավարության միջև օդային հաղորդակցությունների մասին» համաձայնագիրը։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի գլխավոր վարչության մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Հաշվի առնելով, որ Հայաստանի և Սինգապուրի միջև հարաբերություններն ավիացիայի ոլորտում մինչ այժմ կարգավորված չէին միջկառավարական համաձայնագրով, այս փաստաթուղթը կնպաստի երկու երկրների միջև ավիացիայի ոլորտում հարաբերությունների պատշաճ իրավական կարգավորմանը, ինչպես նաև՝ ավիաընկերությունների կողմից օդային հաղորդակցությունների շահագործման համար կապահովվի անհրաժեշտ իրավական հիմք և կանխատեսելի պայմաններ։
«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և Սինգապուրի Հանրապետության կառավարության միջև օդային հաղորդակցությունների մասին» համաձայնագրով կարգավորվում են երկու պետությունների միջև հարաբերությունները թռիչքային և ավիացիոն անվտանգության, լիցենզիաների և վկայականների փոխճանաչման, ավիաընկերությունների նշանակման և լիազորությունների տրամադրման գործընթացներում և մի շարք այլ ոլորտներում:
Նոր համաձայնագրով ամրագրվում է նաև երկու կողմերի ավիաընկերությունների համար առանց սահմանափակումների առևտրային գործունեության իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ պայմանների ապահովման պարտավորությունը։
Հիշեցնենք, ՀՀ ԿԱ ՔԱԳՎ պետ Սերգեյ Ավետիսյանը հուլիս 11-13-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում գտնվելու է Սինգապուրի Հանրապետությունում՝ «Ավիացիայի զարգացումը և հիմնադրույթների ամրապնդումը» թեմայով քաղաքացիական ավիացիայի ոլորտի ղեկավարների 6-րդ համաշխարհային ֆորումին մասնակցելու նպատակով:
