Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները վերահաստատում են ԼՂ խնդիրը բացառապես բանակցություններով լուծելու անհրաժեշտությունը

Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահները ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատում են, որ արցախա-ադրբեջանական խնդրի կարգավորումը հնարավոր է բացառապես բանակցությունների միջոցով: Հայկական կողմը ևս վերահաստատում է իր դիրքորոշումը՝ առանց Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման, անհնար է առաջընթաց ապահովել բանակցություններում: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հուլիսի 12-ին կայացած ասուլիսում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների հանդիպման առթիվ այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի փոխխոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
«Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի և Էլմար Մամեդյարովի՝ երեկ տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ առանձնացրել եմ 3 կարևոր կետ: Համանախագահները ևս մեկ անգամ վերահաստատում են բացառապես բանակցությունների միջոցով խնդրի կարգավորումը, երկրորդ՝ հայկական կողմը ևս վերահաստատում է իր դիրքորոշումը, որ առանց Վիեննայի և Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացման անհնար է առաջընթաց ապահովել բանակցություններում, և Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է իր ապակառուցողական մոտեցումներն ու գործնականում չի իրականացնում պայմանավորվածությունները»,-
Նրա կարծիքով՝ հայկական կողմը պետք է շարունակի իր կոշտ դիրքորոշումը: «ՀՀ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը մայիսի 18-ին ԱԺ-ում հստակ նշեց, որ ամենակարևորն Արցախի քաղաքացիների անվտանգության ապահովումն է, և երկրորդ՝ խնդիրը պետք է լուծվի Արցախի քաղաքացիների ամբողջական, ազատ կամարտահայտության իրացման ճանապարհով»,-նշեց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ մյուս կողմից միջազգային հանրությունը և առաջին հերթին համանախագահ երկրները պետք է համոզման կամ ճնշման ճանապարհներ փնտրեն՝ ազդելու Ադրբեջանի վրա, որպեսզի կատարի այդ պայմանավորվածությունները: Շարմազանովը կարևորեց նաև համանախագահ երկրներից մեկի՝ ՌԴ-ի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության խիստ գնահատականը՝ ազգությամբ հայ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանում վայրի վերաբերմունքի առնչությամբ: «Ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո Ադրբեջանը ցանկանում էր նոր բանակցային կետից սկսել, որը նրան չհաջողվեց, և Վիեննայի ու Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պայմանավորվածություններն Ադրբեջանի անհաջողությունն էին, որովհետև վստահության մեխանիզմների անհրաժեշտությանը հայկական կողմը մշտապես կողմ է արտահայտվել, իսկ մեկ տարի անց չունենք առաջընթաց»,-եզրափակեց ԱԺ փոխխոսնակը:
