ԱՄՆ-ի Ֆեդերալ ավիացիոն վարչությունը հետաքննում Է Սան Ֆրանցիսկոյի (Կալիֆոռնիայի նահանգ) միջազգային օդանավակայանում կանադական ինքնաթիռի հետ կապված միջադեպը, որը հուլիսի լույս 12-ի գիշերը քիչ Էր մնացել հանգեցներ պատմության մեջ խոշորագույն ավիաաղետին, հաղորդել Է The Mercury News թերթը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Air Canada ընկերության Airbus 320 ինքնաթիռը, որի մեջ եղել Է շուրջ 140 մարդ, սխալմամբ թռիչքա-վայրԷջքային գոտու փոխարեն քիչ Է մնացել վայրԷջք կատարեր գետնավարման ուղու վրա, որտեղ գտնվում Էին եւս չորս ավահանրանավեր: Սոսկ վերջին պահին ավիակարգավարի տված հրամանի շնորհիվ Է հաջովել խուսափել ավիաաղետից:
Առայժմ չպարզված պատճառով Air Canada-ի ինքնաթիռի, որը մեկնել Էր Տորոնտոյից, անձնակազմը սկսել Է վայրԷջքի մտնել գետնավարման գոտու ուղղությամբ, որտեղ թռիչքի Էին սպասում չորս հանրանավեր:
Ինչպես հետեւում Է խոսակցության վերծանումից, կանադական հանրանավի օդաչուն կարգավարին հայտնել Է, որ գետնին ուրիշ ինքնթիռների լույսեր Է տեսնում: Կարգավարը պատասխանել Է, որ վայրԷջքի գոտում ոչ ոք չկա: Ներքեւում գտնվող օդաչուներից մեկը խոսակցության Է բռնվել. «Ու՞ր Է թռչում այդ տղան: Նա գետնավարման ուղու վրա՜ Է»: Կարգավարն անմիջապես Air Canada-ի օդաչուին հրամայում Է դադարեցնել վայրԷջքը եւ գնալ երկրորդ շրջան, հրամանը կատարվում Է, ինչի շնորհիվ աղետից հաջողվում Է խուսափել: Կարգավարի հրամանից կես րոպե անց ձայնագրության մեջ լսվում Է United Airlines ավիաընկերության՝ գետնավարման ուղու վրա գտնվող օդաչուի ձայնը. «Նա թռավ հենց մեր վրայո՜վ», հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
