INTERVIEW
Անդրադառնալով Արա Աբրահամյանի՝ հայաստանյան քաղաքական դաշտ մուտք գործելու ցանկություններին՝ քաղաքական տեխնոլոգիաների մասնագետ Արմեն Բադալյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ դժվար է ասել՝ ինչ հավակնություններ ունի նա:
«Եթե հարցին մոտենանք իրավական տեսանկյունից, ապա նա չի կարող ո՛չ նախագահ, ո՛չ վարչապետ և անգամ պատգամավոր լինել, քանի որ վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանում չի բնակվել: Այդ պատճառով անձնապես նա լուրջ քաղաքական դերակատարում ունենալ չի կարող: Բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ նա չի կարող ստեղծել կուսակցություն կամ համագործակցել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարությունում գրանցված, սակայն ոչ այնքան ակտիվ գործող որևէ կուսակցության հետ, այդ կուսակցությունը լցնել «իր մարդկանցով» և բավականին ազդեցիկ քվոտա ունենալ ապագա խորհրդարանում»,- նշեց պարոն Բադալյանը:
Ըստ քաղտեխնոլոգի՝ Հայաստանում ընտրությունների ինստիտուտը չի գործում:
«Հայաստանի ԱԺ-ում հայտնվում են վարչաֆինանսական մեխանիզմով: Բնականաբար, այդ նոր կուսակցությունը չի կարող Հանրապետականի նման վարչաֆինանսական ուժ կիրառել: Երկրորդ տարբերակը՝ գնալ Բաղրամյան 26 և պայմանավորվել ապագա խորհրդարանում տեղեր ունենալու համար, բայց դա կասկածելի տարբերակ է:
Եվ կա ևս մեկ տարբերակ. գաղտնիք չէ, որ Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունը մեծ ազդեցություն ունի մեր իշխանությունների վրա: ՌԴ իշխանությունների հետ լեզու գտնելով՝ նա կարող է ՀՀ Աժ-ում տեղեր ունենալ: Կարևոր հանգամանք ևս. մենք չգիտենք՝ դա Արա Աբրահամյանի անձնակա՞ն նախաձեռնությունն է, թե՞ նրա թիկունքում լուրջ ուժեր կան»,- ասաց քաղտեխնոլոգը:
Արմեն Բադալյանը հիշեցրեց, որ Արա Աբրահամյանը 2003-ին նույնպես փորձ արեց ՀՌԱԿ կուսակցության միջոցով մուտք գործել Աժ: «Գուցե այն ժամանակ շահագրգիռ անձիք ճիշտ վերաբերմունք չեն ցուցաբերել այդ հարցին»,- հավելեց մեր զրուցակիցը:
