ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության վարչությունում ավարտվել է ՝ մահացած ազատամարտիկի ընտանիքից խաբեությամբ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումար հափշտակելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել 56-ամյա տղամարդուն:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի 
տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից,  քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ մահացած ազատամարտիկի՝ անօթևան ընտանիքի բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման նպատակով ՀՀ ՊՆ կողմից հատկացված դրամական միջոցից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի գումար հափշտակելու հանգամանքները, մեխանիզմը:

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ ԵԿՄ տարածքային բաժանմունքի փոխնախագահը (ծնված 1961թ.), տեղյակ լինելով, որ երկրորդ խմբի հաշմանդամ, 2010թ. մահացած ազատամարտիկ Հ. Անտոնյանի ընտանիքը որպես անօթևան հաշվառված է բնակարան գնելու համար անհատույց պետական ֆինանսական աջակցություն ստանալու իրավունք ունեցողների ցուցակում, 2012թ. սկզբին հանդիպել է վերջինիս այրուն և իր օգնությունն առաջարկել՝ բնակարան գնելու համար նախատեսված գումարը ստանալու հարցում: ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի հրամանով ստեղծված համապատասխան հանձնաժողովի կողմից, սահմանված կարգով, 21.04.2012թ. որոշում է կայացվել՝ Հ.Անտոնյանի ընտանիքին երկու սենյականոց բնակարան գնելու համար գումար հատկացնելու մասին։ Նշված գումարը Հ. Անտոնյանի կնոջ հաշվի համարին փոխանցվելուց հետո 56-ամյա տղամարդը ներկայացրել է, թե իբր իր միջամտությամբ է կայացվել նշված որոշումը, թե, իբր, իրականում նրան պետք է փոխանցվեր մեկ սենյականոց բնակարան գնելու համար անհրաժեշտ գումար, սակայն նախատեսվածից ավել գումար է փոխանցվել։ 2012թ. ապրիլի 28-ին վերջինիս համոզել է կանխիկացնել ու իրեն տալ, իբր, ավել փոխանցված՝ 4.801.194 ՀՀ դրամ գումարը, ինչը խաբեությամբ հափշտակել է:

Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 56-ամյա տղամարդուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:

Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին։

 Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
