Ռուսական անձնագրերով հայերի նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանում վայրենի վերաբերմունքն ու Ռուսաստանի սահմանապահ ծառայության հայտարարությունը նշան են այն բանի, որ ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները թևակոխում են ոչ բարենպաստ փուլ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հուլիսի 12-ին կայացած ասուլիսում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի փոխխոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը:

«Ռուսաստանի սահմանապահ ծառայության հայտարարությունում հստակ նշվում էր ԼՂՀ եզրույթը, որից Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության շրջանում, լրատվամիջոցներում մեծ աղմուկ է բարձրացել: Պետք է ասեմ, որ դա պատահական հայտարարություն չէր: Ռուսական անձնագրերով հայերի նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքից ևս կարելի է եզրակացնել, որ ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունները վատ են: Ես չեմ բացառում, որ երկու երկրները կշարունակեն իրենց համագործակցությունը, որովհետև Ռուսաստանը Հարավային Կովկասում ունի շահեր, այնուամենայնիվ, այն, որ այդ հայտարարությունների միջոցով Ռուսաստանը մեսիջ է հղում Ադրբեջանին, փաստ է»,-ասաց Շարմազանովը:

Ռուսաստանի՝ Ադրբեջանին զենք մատակարարելու խնդրի վերաբերյալ փոխխոսնակն ասաց, որ բազմիցս արտահայտել են իրենց դժգոհությունը նաև ռուս գործընկերների հետ հանդիպումների ժամանակ: «Ադրբեջանն այն պետությունը չէ, որին կարելի է զենք վաճառել, քանի որ զենք վաճառում են նրան, որն այն օգտագործում է ինքնապաշտպանական նպատակով: Սակայն սա չպետք է խոչընդոտի հայ-ռուսական ռազմաքաղաքական հարաբերությունների խորացմանը, դրանք չպետք է պայմանավորված լինեն միայն ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերություններով, հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններն ավելի խորն են և բխում են երկու երկրների շահերից»,-ասաց Էդուարդ Շարմազանովն ու հավելեց, որ Ռուսաստանի հետ Հայաստանն ունի իրավապայմանագրային հարուստ բազա, նաև շատ լուրջ համագործակցություն է ապահովվում պաշտպանության ոլորտում: Այս պահին թե՛ Հայաստանը, թե՛ Ռուսաստանը իրականացնում են պայմանագրերում նշված կետերը:
