Ամենավտանգավոր մրգերն են՝

1.      Բանանը, որն  ամենակալորիական միրգն է։  Վերջերս գիտնականները բացահայտել են տարր, որը արգելափակում է բջիջների աշխատանքը, որոնք մասնակցում են  ճարպի քայքայմանը։

2.      Խաղողը համարվում է  ամենավտանգավոր միրգը ոչ միայն կազմվածքի համար, այլ նաև առողջության։ Խաղողի մեջ շատ շաքարավազ կա, կորիզները աղիքների խցանման պատճառ կարող են լինել, իսկ խաղողի մեջ առկա թթուները, կարող են վնասել ատամի էմալը։

3.      Ծիրան համարվում է  ծանր միրգ, իսկ եթե սիրում ենք նրա կորիզը ուտել, ապա պետք է իմանաք, որ դրա մեջ առկա է ամիգդալին, որը որովայնի մեջ վերածվում է ցիանաջրածնական թթվի, որն էլ կարող է գլխապտույտ և սրտխառնոց առաջացնել, քանի որ այն համարվում է  ամենավտանգավոր թույնը։  

4.      Տանձի պատճառով աղիքներում խցանում է տեղի ունենում։

5.      Ավոկադոն։ Իսպանացիներն այս միրգն անվանում են կեղևի մեջ կարագ՝ էներգետիկ արժեքը կազմում է 227 կկալ։

Ամենաօգտակար մրգերն են՝

1.      Թուրինջը, որը ավելորդ քաշի դեմ պայքարում  համարվում է  համար առաջին միրգը։ Կալորիականությամբ լի մթերք չի գիրացնի, եթե դրանից հետո կես հատ թուրինջ ուտեք․  

2.      Խնձորն ամենադիետիկ մրգերից է համարվում։ Նրա մեջ բացակայում է ճարպը, իսկ էներգետիկի արժեքը կազմում է 60-100 կկալ։ Խնձորը արագ հագեցնում է քաղցը, այն հակաօքսիդանտների շնորհիվ օգնում է նաև պայքարել ցելյուլիտի դեմ։

3.      Ելակ առողջ սնվելու հարցում ամենալավ միրգն է  համարվում։  Այն իր մեջ պարունակում է վիտամին С, շատ ջուր է առկա և քիչ շաքարավազ, որը պայքարում է ցելյուլիտի  դեմ։

4.      Ձմերուկի և սեխի  մեջ կա  շատ ջուր, և այն միզամուղ է հանդիսանում։ Այն օգնում է  օրգանիզմից դուրս բերել տոքսինները և պայքարել այնպիսի խնդիրների դեմ, ինչպես օրինակ ցելյուլիտի և ակնեի։

5.      Հատապտուղների մեջ առկա քիչ շաքարավազի, վիտամին С-ի և հակաօքսիդանտների շնորհիվ չեն վնասում կառուցվածքը, օգնում են կոլագեն արտադրել և այրել ավելորդ ճարպը։
