Օրական առնվազն երեք գավաթ սուրճ խմողներն ավելի երկար են ապրում, քան նրանք, ովքեր ընդհանրապես սուրճ չեն խմում, պարզել են գիտնականները:

Լոնդոնի Թագավորական քոլեջի և Քաղցկեղի ուսումնասիրության բրիտանական գործակալության անցկացրած հետազոտության համաձայն՝ սուրճի հաճախակի օգտագործումը նպաստում է մի շարք հիվանդություններից մահվան վտանգի նվազմանը: BBC-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ գիտնականները պնդում են, որ առավել ակնհայտ է սուրճի օգտագործման և արյունատար համակարգի ու մարսողության օրգանների հիվանդություններից մահացության վտանգի նվազման միջև կապը:

Սա նման ամենածավալուն հետազոտություններից է: Դրան 35 տարեկանն անց ավելի քան 500 հազար մարդ է մասնակցել եվրոպական 10 երկրներից: Նրանց հետևել են 16 տարի շարունակ: Հետազոտության արդյունքները հրապարակվել են Annals of Internal Medicine գիտական ամսագրում:

Գիտնականներն ընդգծում են, որ չնայած եվրոպական տարբեր երկրներում սուրճի պատրաստման և օգտագործման տարբեր ավանդույթներին՝ բոլոր դեպքերում արդյունքները նույնն են եղել: Դա նշանակում է, որ ե՛ւ էսպրեսոն, ե՛ւ կապուչինոն կարող են միանման օգտակար լինել:

Եվրոպացիների շրջանում օրվա ընթացքում ամենաշատը սուրճ խմում են դանիացնիերը՝ օրական միջինը 900 մլ, իսկ ամենաքիչը՝ իտալացիները. օրական 92 մլ:

Գիտնականները ենթադրում են, որ առողջության վրա դրական ազդեցություն են ունենում ոչ թե կոֆեինը, այլ սուրճի մեջ պարունակվող հակաօքսիդանտները:

Պարզվել է, որ նրանք, ովքեր շատ սուրճ են խմում, իրենց ավելի երիտասարդ են զգում և, որպես կանոն, նրանք նաև ալկոհոլի սիրահարներ են, ծխում են, ավելի շատ միս ու ավելի քիչ միրգ և բանջարեղեն են ուտում:

Հետազոտության մասնակիցներից 16 տարվա ընթացքում շուրջ 42 հազարը մահացել է տարբեր հիվանդություններից, այդ թվում՝ քաղցկեղից, արյունատար համակարգի հիվանդություններից և սրտի կաթվածից:

Պարզվել է, որ ավելի շատտ սուրճ օգտագործող տղամարդկանց մոտ մահվան վտանգը ցածր է եղել 18%-ով, քան նրանց պարագայում, ովքեր շատ քիչ են սուրճ խմել կամ ընդհանրապես հրաժարվել են դրանից:

Կանանց պարագայում այս արդյունքը պակաս արտահայտիչ է. մահվան վտանգը նրանց մոտ նվազ է 8%-ով:

Եվս մեկ հետազոտություն

Նմանատիպ հետազոտություն են անցկացրել նաև Հարավային Քալիֆորնիայի համալսարանի գիտնականները, որի արդյունքները նույնպես հրապարակվել են Annals of Internal Medicine-ում:

Հետազոտությանը տարբեր էթնիկ պատկանելության ավելի քան 185 հազար մարդ է մասնակցել՝ լատինաամերիկացիներ, աֆրոամերիկացիներ, ԱՄՆ-ում բնակվող ճապոնացիներ և եվրոպացիներ:

Կարևոր է, որ ամերիկացի գիտնականների հետազոտության արդյունները համընկել են նրանց բրիտանացի գործընկերների եզրահանգումների հետ: Ամերիկյան հետազոտության համաձայն՝ օրական մեկ գավաթ սուրճ խմող մարդկանց մոտ 12%-ով նվազում է սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդություններից, ուղեղի կաթվածից, քաղցկեղից, շնչառական օրգանների և երիկամների հիվանդություններից մահանալու վտանգը: Իսկ օրական երկու կամ երեք գավաթ սուրճ խմողների մոտ այդ վտանգը նվազել է 18%-ը:
