Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը պարզաբանում է տարածել «Փարկինգ Սիթի Սերվիս»-ի հայտարարության առնչությամբ

Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը տարածել է հաղորդագրություն՝ կապված SMS հաղորդագրության միջոցով ավտոկայանատեղի վճարի համար գանձվող գումարի փոփոխություն առնչությամբ տարածվող լուրերի ու մեկնաբանությունների հետ: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է հաղորդագրությունն ամբողջությամբ:
«Սիրելի՛ համաքաղաքացիներ,
ս.թ. հուլիսի 7-ին «Փարկինգ Սիթի Սերվիս» ՓԲԸ-ի տարածած հայտարարությունն առ այն, որ SMS հաղորդագրության միջոցով ավտոկայանատեղի վճարի համար գանձվող գումարի փոփոխություն կարող է նախատեսվել, տեղիք տվեց հակասական մեկնաբանությունների։
Թեև արդեն իսկ պարզաբանել ենք, որ ավտոկայանատեղի վճարի չափը չի փոխվում, և խնդիրը վերաբերում է վճարման ձևաչափով պայմանավորված լրացուցիչ առաջացող գումարներին, այդուհանդերձ հարկ ենք համարում նշել, որ, որպես Երևան համայնքի շահերից հանդես եկող կառույց, Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը և ՀՀ տարածքում ծառայություն մատուցող բջջային օպերատորները մտահոգված են ստեղծված իրավիճակով։
Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ խնդրի առնչությամբ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը գրավոր դիմել է բջջային կապի օպերատորներին՝ քննարկելու SMS հաղորդագրության միջոցով ավտոկայանատեղի վճարի գանձման ձևաչափում հնարավոր փոփոխություններ կատարելու հարցը, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա վերացնելու լրացուցիչ ԱԱՀ-ի վճարման անհրաժեշտությունը, ինչպես նաև էապես կնվազեցնի գանձման հետ կապված հավելյալ այլ ծախսերը։
Միաժամանակ այս ուղղությամբ քննարկումներ են ընթանում գործընթացի մասնակիցների, մասնագիտական խմբերի և կառույցների հետ՝ խնդրին առնչվող կողմերի հետ փոխգործակցությամբ հնարավոր լուծումներ գտնելու համար։ Նախնական քննարկումների արդյունքում ձեռք է բերվել համաձայնություն՝ խնդիրը բոլորի համար ընդունելի պայմաններով լուծելու վերաբերյալ։
Հաշվի առնելով գործընթացում ներգրավված կողմերի պատրաստակամությունը, լիահույս ենք, որ խնդիրը շուտով արդյունավետ հանգուցալուծում կունենա և վերջնական արդյունքների մասին լրացուցիչ կտեղեկացնենք»։
