Արցախում նախագահ կընտրեն նոր կարգով

Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել՝ ԱՀ նախագահի ընտրության կազմակերպման առնչությամբ: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայանցում է հայտարարությունն ամբողջությամբ:
«Արցախի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 168-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի համաձայն՝ գործող Հանրապետության նախագահի լիազորությունների ավարտից ոչ շուտ, քան 50 և ոչ ուշ, քան 40 օր առաջ Ազգային ժողովը խմբակցությունների առաջարկությամբ ընտրում է Հանրապետության նախագահ, որը պաշտոնավարում է մինչև գործող Ազգային ժողովի լիազորությունների ժամկետի ավարտը:
«Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» Արցախի Հանրապետության օրենքի 149-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի համաձայն՝ խմբակցությունները Հանրապետության նախագահի թեկնածուներ են առաջադրում գործող Հանրապետության նախագահի լիազորությունների ավարտից ոչ շուտ, քան 64 և ոչ ուշ, քան 57 օր առաջ:
Սահմանված կարգով և ժամկետներում՝ սույն թվականի հուլիսի 5-12-ը ներառյալ, Հանրապետության նախագահի պաշտոնում ընտրվելու համար առաջադրվել է երկու թեկնածու՝
- Էդուարդ Արտավազդի Աղաբեկյանը («Շարժում -88» խմբակցության կողմից),
- Բակո Սահակի Սահակյանը («Հայրենիք», «Դաշնակցություն» և «Ժողովրդավարություն» խմբակցությունների կողմից):
Հաշվի առնելով Հանրապետության նախագահի ընտրության համար Սահմանադրությամբ նախատեսված ժամկետները և «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» Արցախի Հանրապետության օրենքի 149-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ և 4-րդ մասերի պահանջները՝ Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի կողմից Հանրապետության նախագահի ընտրությունը տեղի կունենա Ազգային ժողովի հատուկ նիստում, որն իրավունքի ուժով կգումարվի 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 19-ին՝ ժամը 11:00-ին:
