Վարդան Արամյանը դիպլոմներ է հանձնել PR դպրոցի 5-րդ հոսքի շրջանավարտներին

ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը հուլիսի 12-ին հանդիպել է «Հայկական Փի Ար ասոցիացիա» գիտատեղեկատվական ՀԿ-ի կողմից հիմնադրված PR դպրոցի 5-րդ հոսքի շրջանավարտներին։Վարդան Արամյանը կարևորել է հանրային կապերի դերը ժողովրդավարական երկրի կառուցման, գերատեսչությունների արդյունավետ գործունեության և քաղաքական գործչի դրական կերպարի ձևավորման գործում: Միևնույն ժամանակ, նախարարը դպրոցի ուսանողներին ներկայացրել է համաշխարհային ֆինանսական շուկայում գրագետ PR-ի ազդեցություններն ու ընդգծել, որ հանրային սպասումների ձեւավորման՝ հետեւապես և տնտեսական դրական ազդակների ձեւավորման գործում մեծապես կարեւոր է հաղորդակցության պատասխանատուների պրոֆեսիոնալ մոտեցումը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
«Պետական կառավարման համակարգում հասարակության հետ շփումը մշտապես առաջնային տեղ է զբաղեցնում, և գրագետ ու թափանցիկ աշխատաոճը հանդիսանում է յուրաքանչյուր նոր ձեռքբերման հիմքը: Պրոֆեսիոնալ PR մասնագետների գործունեությամբ է պայմանավորված կառույցի, գերատեսչության ու կազմակերպության դրական կերպարի ձևավորումը և հրապարակային գործելաոճը՝ ի շահ հասարակության: Մեր երկրի համար կարևոր է այս ոլորտի մասնագետների ստեղծագործականությունը, ինքնատիպ և առաջադեմ մտածողությունը, ակտիվ դերակատարությունը քաղաքական-հասարակական գործընթացներում և հանրային կյանքում»,- ասել է նախարար Արամյանը՝ հանդիպումը շարունակելով ինտերակտիվ քննարկում-դասախոսության ձևաչափով, որն ավարտվել է դպրոցի սաների՝ նախարարին ուղղված հարցերով, որոնք վերաբերում էին ինչպես իրականացվող բարեփոխումներին և ֆինանսների նախարարության տեղեկատվական գործունեությանը, այնպես էլ անհատի ինքնադրսևորման և անձնական մոտեցումներին:
Ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Աստղիկ Ավետիսյանի խոսքով՝ գրագետ PR մշակույթ ձևավորելու լավագույն և ամենակարճ ուղին լավ կրթության ապահովումն է:
«Մեր գործունեության տասնամյա պատմությունը մեզ ստիպել է ստեղծել PR դպրոց, որի նպատակն է զարգացնել Հայաստանում հաղորդակցության մշակույթը, հնարավորություն ընձեռել սկսնակ և գործող մասնագետներին վերապատրաստվել, ստանալ լրացուցիչ գիտելիքներ և հմտություններ, որոնք կնպաստեն տարբեր բնագավառների հանրայնացմանն ու հասարակության հետ շփման մեխանիզմների մշակմանը և կիրարկմանը»,-նշել է ասոցիացիայի նախագահը:
Հանդիպումն ամփոփվեց դիպլոմների հանձնման հանդիսավոր արարողությամբ: PR դպրոցի այս հոսքի շրջանավարտներին հանձնելով երկլեզու դիպլոմներ, նախարար Վարդան Արամյանը համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ շրջանավարտները լավագույնս կկիրառեն հանրային կապերի մասին ձեռքբերված գիտելիքները և կհամալրեն պետական համակարգը՝ որպես ոլորտի երիտասարդ և ստեղծագործ մասնագետներ:
