Պետպատվերով բուժման համակարգում իրականացվում են բարեփոխումներ, իսկ մինչ դրանց ավարտը քաղաքացիները խնդիրների դեպքում կարող են զանգահարել թեժ գիծ: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը: Նրա խոսքով, արդեն ՀՀ կառավարության հաստատմանն է ներկայացվել մոտ 100 հազար պետական ծառայողի հիվանդանոցային բժշկական ծառայությունների ապահովագրական փաթեթների տրամադրման նոր մեխանիզմը։ Դա պիլոտային ծրագիր կդառնա, որպեսզի սոցիալապես անապահով և հատուկ խմբերում ընդգրկված անձինք 2018 թվականի սկզբից պատշաճ հիվանդանոցային բժշկական օգնություն ստանան պետության կողմից ձեռք բերվող ապահովագրական փաթեթով:

«Դրանով լուծում կստանա ծառայությունները բոլորին հասանելի դարձնելու խնդիրը: Այնուհետև նախարարությունը կսկսի մշակել պարտադիր բժշկական ապահովագրության օրենքը, որը հնարավոր է կյանքի կոչվի մինչև 2020 թվականը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, ասաց նա։

Հարցին, թե ինչո՞ւ են այսօր քաղաքացիները որոշ դեպքերում դուրս մնում պետպատվերի շրջանակներից, պետության հնարավորություններն են սուղ, թե՞ նման անձանց թիվն է ավելացել, նախարարը պատասխանեց. «Կա նման պրակտիկա, երբ անվճար բուժօգնությունը լիմիտավորված է, և հիվանդները հերթագրվում են ըստ հիվանդության կարևորության՝ անհետաձգելի բուժօգնությունը կատարվում է առանց հերթի»:
