Վայքի և Զառիթափ խոշորացված համայնքներում ներկայացվել է «Տեղական տնտեսական զարգացում» ձեռնարկը

ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարության տեղական ինքնակառավարման վարչության պետ  Աշոտ  Գիլոյանը և Գերմանիայի միջազգային զարգացման ընկերության (ԳՄՀԸ) ծրագրի համակարգող Արմեն Քեշիշյանը ներկա են գտնվել Վայոց ձորի Վայք և Զառիթափ խոշորացված համայնքների ներկայացուցիչների համար «Տեղական տնտեսական զարգացում» ձեռնարկի ներկայացմանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ս.թ. հունիսի 30-ին  Երևանում՝  ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանի և ՀՀ ՏԿԶ նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանի ներկայությամբ տեղի էր ունեցել ԳՄՀԸ «Լավ տեղական ինքնակառավարում Հարավային Կովկասում» ծրագրի ֆինանսական և խորհրդատվական աջակցությամբ պատրաստված և Վարազդատ Կարապետյանի մշակած «Տեղական տնտեսական զարգացում» ձեռնարկի շնորհանդեսը: 

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությունից, Գերմանիայի միջազգային զարգացման ընկերության (ԳՄՀԸ) «Լավ տեղական ինքնակառավարում Հարավային Կովկասում» ծրագրի «Տեղական տնտեսական զարգացման» բաղադրիչով իրականացվող՝ «Ծրագրային առաջարկների ձևակերպման և լրացուցիչ միջոցների հայթայթման կարողությունների զարգացում» թեմայով վերապատրաստման դասընթացի ժամանակ ողջույնի խոսքով հանդես են եկել Գիլոյանը և Քեշիշյանը: Նշվել է, որ նման  դասընթացներ անցկացվել և անցկացվելու են 18 խոշորացված համայնքի համար, դրական է գնահատվել այն փաստը, որ դասընթացին մասնակցում են  նշյալ թեմաներով իսկապես հետաքրքրված ու շահագրգիռ անձինք՝ գործարարներ, ՀԿ-ներ, ինչպես նաև Վայքի ու Զառիթափի համայնքապետարանների ներկայացուցիչներ:

Ի դեպ, 18 համայնք խմբավորվել են 10 խմբի մեջ, ինչպես, օրինակ՝ Վայքի և Զառիթափի դեպքում, որպեսզի հնարավորություն ստեղծվի համադրելու տարբեր համայնքների իրողությունները, հնարավորությունները, ռիսկերը, ինչպես նաև համագործակցության ներուժը:
