Քնելու մշտական ցանկությունը
Ամբողջ օրվա ընթացքում քնելու մշտական ցանկությունը գլխավոր նշանն է, որ լավ չես քնում: Մասնագետները պնդում են, որ լավ հանգստացած մարդու մոտ նույնիսկ ամենից առօրեական աշխատանքը չի կարող քնելու ցանկություն առաջացնել:

Եթե երեկոյան 5 րոպեի ընթացքում քուն ես մտնում, դա կարող է վկայել ոչ միայն խիստ հոգնածության, այլեւ քնի պակասի մասին:

Միկրոքունը կամ օրվա ընթացքում ննջելու ցանկությունը քնի պակասի եւս մեկ նշան է: Խնդիրն այն է, որ սա կարող է շատ վտանգավոր լինել, եթե մեքենա ես վարում:
