Հանրապետության Նախագահ, Զինված ուժերի գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար Սերժ Սարգսյանն այսօր պաշտպանության նախարարության Դիլիջանի «Լեռնային Հայաստան» առողջարանում մասնակցել է «Դիտակետ», «Պատիվ ունեմ» և «Ես եմ» ծրագրերի հանրային քննարկումների ամփոփմանը:

Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունը։

Պաշտպանության, կրթության և գիտության նախարարները, հանրային քննարկումներն իրականացնողները, ՊՆ Վ. Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական համալսարանի կուրսանտները, քննարկմանը հրավիրված մի շարք բուհերի ուսանողներ և զորամասերի հրամանատարներ մտքեր են փոխանակել հանրային քննարկումների արդյունքների շուրջ, իրենց տեսակետներն ու առաջարկությունները ներկայացրել: Զեկուցվել են նաև Հայաստանի գրեթե ամբողջ տարածքում անցկացված այդ քննարկումների ժամանակ հանրության տարբեր շերտերից՝ մտավորականներից, ազատամարտիկներից, գործարարներից, լրատվամիջոցների ներկայացուցիչներից, երիտասարդներից, հասարակական կազմակերպություններից ստացված գնահատականները, դիտողություններն ու առաջարկները: 

Հանրապետության Նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել քննարկման բոլոր մասնակիցներին և ընդգծել, որ ներկայացված ծրագրերն ու դրանց հանրային քննարկումների ընթացքը գալիս են ապացուցելու, որ հետևողականորեն իրականացվում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զինված ուժերի զարգացման և ամրապնդման քաղաքականությունը:

«Դիտակետ», «Պատիվ ունեմ», «Ես եմ» ծրագրերը, Նախագահի համոզմամբ, կոչված են ստեղծագործաբար լուծելու առկա խնդիրները, որոնք նոր չեն ի հայտ եկել, սակայն նոր և տեղին են առաջարկվող լուծումների մեծ մասը:

Հանդիպման ավարտին Հանրապետության Նախագահը գոհունակությամբ է արձանագրել, որ հասարակության տարբեր շերտերից ստացված կարծիքներում և գնահատականներում գերակշռում է դրական մոտեցումը: Դրանց մասին են վկայում նաև հասարակական կարծիքի ուսումնասիրության նպատակով «Այ-Փի-Էս-Սի» քաղաքական և սոցիոլոգիական խորհրդատվությունների ինստիտուտի կողմից իրականացված սոցիոլոգիական հարցումներն ու Մարդկային զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոնի անցկացրած քննարկումները:

Հանդիպման ավարտին Նախագահը հանձնարարականներ է տվել պաշտպանության, կրթության և գիտության նախարարներին, որոնք միտված են շարունակելու հնչեցված ծրագրերի հետ կապված աշխատանքները՝ հաշվի առնելով հանրային քննարկումների արդյունքները: Հանձնարարականների համաձայն, պաշտպանության նախարարությունը ամբողջությամբ կամփոփի անցկացված քննարկումների արդյունքները, ի մի կբերի ներկայացված առաջարկություններն ու դիտողությունները և կսկսի անհրաժեշտ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների նախապատրաստման ու շահագրգիռ բոլոր գերատեսչությունների հետ դրանց համաձայնեցման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքները: Կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունը պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ համատեղ կմշակի կառավարության որոշման նախագիծ՝ «Պատիվ ունեմ» ծրագրի փորձնական փուլի կազմակերպման վերաբերյալ:

Նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ ոչ ոք չի պնդում, թե ներկայացված ծրագրերը կատարյալ են, և դրանցում բոլոր մանրուքները հաշվի են առնված, սակայն հանրային լայն քննարկումների արդյունքում ստացված առաջարկությունները, նրա համոզմամբ, ավելի կբարելավեն այդ ծրագրերը, իսկ գործնականում փորձարկելուց հետո հնարավոր կլինի խոսել վերջնական եզրակացության մասին:
