ՊՊԾ գունդը զավթելու մեջ մեղադրվողներից Գագիկ Եղիազարյանի եղբոր դեմ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել:
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Դավիթ Եղիազարյանին բերման ենթարկելու պահին որպես պաշտպան ներկայացած փաստաբան Լուսինե Սահակյանը:
«Հունիսի 30-ին Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանից բերման ենթարկված Դավիթ Եղիազարյանի դեմ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը»,-ասաց Լուսինե Սահակյանը:
Նշենք, որ ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասը սահմանում է՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցչի կամ նրա մերձավոր ազգականի նկատմամբ կյանքի կամ առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելը կամ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքը՝ կապված նրա կողմից իր ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելու հետ: Արարքը պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երեքհարյուրապատիկից հինգհարյուրապատիկի չափով կամ կալանքով՝ առավելագույնը մեկ ամիս ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը հինգ տարի ժամկետով:
