Վճռաբեկը մերժել է ծառայակիցների վրա կրակ արձակելու մեջ մեղադրվողի պաշտպանի բողոքը

Վճռաբեկ դատարանը մերժել է Արցախում դիրքերից մեկում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ համածառայակիցների ուղղությամբ կրակ արձակելու համար 8 տարվա ազատազրկման դատապարտված Վլադիմիր Դավոյանի շահերի պաշտպանի բողոքը: Պաշտպանը պահանջել էր ամբողջությամբ կամ մասնակիորեն բեկանել Առաջին ատյանի դատարանի դատավճիռը եւ արդարացնել իր պաշտպանյալին: Նշենք, որ ՀՀ Վերաքննիչ դատարանը եւս մերժել էր պաշտպանի բողոքը:
Նույն գործով ծառայակցին հայհոյելու եւ այդպիսով նրան ստորացնելու համար 6 ամսվա ազատազրկման էր դատապարտվել նույն զորամասի ծառայակից Մանուկ Ղազարյանը:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության, Մանուկ Ղազարյանը 2015 թվականի փետրվարի 15-ին դիրքերում չի ենթարկվել դիրքի ավագ Մուշեղ Միրզոյանին՝ նշելով, որ չի մասնակցելու փորձնական «տագնապին»: Այդ ժամանակ ծառայակից Վլադիմիր Դավոյանը միջամտել է եւ ասել՝ «Մա՞րդ կա, որ բան ես ասում, չի անում», որից հետո Մանուկը նրան հայհոյել է: Զինծառայողների միջեւ վիճաբանություն է սկսվել, որի ժամանակ Վլադիմիր Դավոյանը մի քանի անգամ կրակել է վիճաբանությանը միջամտած համածառայակիցների ուղղությամբ:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել զինծառայողներ Վլդիմիր Դավոյանին եւ Մանուկ Ղազարյանին:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ Արցախում դիրքերից մեկում ծառայակիցների վրա կրակոցներ արձակելու մեղադրանքով կալանավորված Վլադիմիր Դավոյանը դատապարտվել է 8 տարվա ազատազրկման:
