«Զիբիլիկսի» գործը հարուցվել էր մինչև Փաշինյանի՝ այն դատախազություն ուղարկելը

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրել էր, որ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններում իշխող Հանրապետական կուսակցության օգտին ՊՊԾ գնդի աշխատակիցների բերվելիք ձայների ցուցակի հրապարակման փաստով նշանակված ծառայողական քննությունը կասեցվել է: Թերթի փոխանցմամբ՝ ծառայողական քննությունը կասեցվել է, քանի որ ՀՔԾ–ում նույն դեպքի առթիվ արդեն իսկ կա հարուցված քրեական գործ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ ծառայողական քննություն նշանակվել էր դեռևս երկու ամիս առաջ՝ մայիսին՝ Ոստիկանության պետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի հրամանով:
 
Վերոնշյալ ծառայողական քննությունը վերաբերում էր, այսպես կոչված, «Զիբիլիկսի» գործին: Երևի շատերը կհիշեն, որ «Ելք» դաշինքի մի քանի անդամներ Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններից առաջ Կոմիտասում գտնվող ՀՀԿ–ի ընտրական շտաբից ոչ այնքան հեռու գտնվող աղբարկղից գտել էին ՀՀԿ–ի՝ կաշառքի ինստիտուտով առաջնորդվելու մասին վկայող փաստաթղթեր: Եվ այդ փաստաթղթերում հստակ գրված էր, թե ՀՀԿ–ի համար ով որքան ձայն պիտի բերի և թե ինչ մեխանիզմներ ու գաղտնաբառեր են սահմանվել այս «օպերացիայի» իրագործման համար:
 
Դեպքից որոշ ժամանակ անց ԱԺ «Ելք» խմբակցության ղեկավար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանին էր ուղարկել այս գործի նյութերը: Եվ պարզվել էր, որ ցուցակներից մեկում ոստիկանության ՊՊԾ գնդի աշխատակիցների անուններն են գրված եղել, ինչպես նաև այն, թե ով որքան ձայն պետք է բերի ՀՀԿ–ի համար:
 
Ըստ «ՀԺ»–ի՝ Հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում հենց այս ընտրակաշառք տալու դեպքի առթիվ է քրեական գործ հարուցվել: «Ելք» խմբակցության Երևանի ավագանու անդամ Տիգրան Ավինյանը «Փաստի» այն հարցին, թե ամեն դեպքում գործի կասեցումը իրենց հետևություններ անելու առիթ տալի՞ս է, թե՞ ոչ և արդյոք մտավախություններ կա՞ն, որ մեկ այլ գործով հարուցված լինելը կարող է խանգարել գործի նորմալ քննությանը, պատասխանեց, որ որքան ինքն է տեղյակ՝ կասեցում չի եղել:
 
«Գործը ընթացքի մեջ է։ Զուտ տեխնիկական և ընթացակարգային հարցեր են եղել: Մասնավորապես, ինչպես դուք նշեցիք՝ գործը արդեն իսկ հարուցվել էր մինչև մեր դիմումի տրամադրումը, մենք փաստաթղթեր ենք ներկայացրել, իսկ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հարցաքննվել է դեպքի առիթով։ Գործի կասեցման մասին տեղեկատվություն չունեմ»,– պատասխանեց նա։
