ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

 

  • 1 кг куриного филе
  • 250 г жирного творога
  • 100 г шпината
  • 100 г кабачков
  • 50 г голландского сыра
  • 3 зубчика чеснока
  • 2 ч. л. соли
  • 1/2 ч. л. паприки
  • 2 ч. л. итальянских трав

 

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ

 
  1. Натри на крупной терке или мелко нарежь кабачок.

  2. Измельчи чеснок и натри на крупной терке сыр.

  3. Смешай в глубокой емкости творог, свежий шпинат, тертый кабачок и сыр. Добавь 1/2 чайной ложки соли.

  4. Промой куриное филе и разрежь на 2 половинки. Каждую половинку посоли, посыпь паприкой и обваляй в смеси сухих итальянских трав.
