Ֆրանսիայի հայ համայնքն ակտիվ աշխատանք է նախատեսում Արցախի ճանաչման ուղղությամբ: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում Ֆրանսիայի հայկական կազմակերպությունների համակարգող խորհրդի համանախագահ, ՀՅԴ բյուրոյի անդամ Մուրադ Փափազյանը նշեց, որ նախատեսում են ընդլայնել Արցախի շուրջ համախմբված միջազգային գործիչների թիվը:
«Ինչպես գիտեք, Ալֆորվիլ քաղաքը ստորագրեց համաձայնագիր Արցախի Բերձոր համայնքի հետ: Սա նշանակում է, որ ֆրանսիական քաղաքը ճանաչում է Բերձորը որպես հայկական քաղաք: Սա շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի: Պետք է այնպես անել, որ նման օրինակները շատ լինեն: Երբ ունենանք Ֆրանսիայի 20-25 քաղաք, որ համագործակցության համաձայնագրեր են կնքել Արցախի քաղաքների հետ, ապա կարող ենք ասել, որ մեր գործում առաջ ենք գնացել: Սա կարող է օգնել, որ Արցախը ճանաչվի որպես անկախ հանրապետություն»,-ասաց Մուրադ Փափազյանը:
Նրա խոսքով, մինչ այժմ լուրջ աշխատանք է տարվել և այն շարունակվելու է, որ Ֆրանսիայում Արցախն ունենա քաղաքական համակրանք: Շարունակելու են համախմբել ազդեցիկ քաղաքական գործիչների` կառավարության, նախագահի, պատգամավորների մոտ այդ գիծն առաջ տանելու համար:
«Ես լուրջ կապեր ունեմ դիվանագիտական քաղաքական, կառավարական միջավայրում և կարող եմ ասել, որ Թուրքիան, Ադրբեջանը չեն կարող ֆրանսիացիներին խաբել: Իրենք շատ լավ գիտեն, թե ինչ է Թուրքիայում կատարվում, գիտեն, թե ինչ է Ալիևի ռեժիմը: Ալիևի ռեժիմը ժողովրդականություն չի վայելում Ֆրանսիայում: Բոլորն էլ գիտեն, որ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի հետ կապերը շատ հեռու չեն կարող գնալ: Մենք պետք է այս իրավիճակն օգտագործենք դեպի մեր հաջողություններ: Այս հարցում Էրդողանն ու Ալիևը մեզ բավական օգնում են»,-ասաց Մուրադ Փափազյանը:
Մուրադ Փափազյանը նկատեց, որ Ֆրանսիայում շատ լավ տեղյակ են ղարաբաղյան խնդրից: Իրենք գիտեն, որ Ադրբեջանը չի ցանկանում խաղաղություն հաստատել, գիտեն, որ Ադրբեջանն է ուզում զենքով խնդիրը լուծել:
«Հեռու չէ այն օրը, որ որոշում լինի արցախյան հարցի հետ կապված: 1994-ից ի վեր այսպիսի վիճակն անընդունելի է ժողովուրդների համար»,- հավելեց նա:
