Հայաստանը ՀՆԱ-ի չափով աշխարհում զբաղեցնում է 128-րդ տեղը

 Նախորդ տարի Հայաստանի   համախառն ներքին արդյունքը կազմել է 10.8 միլիարդ դոլար և ներկայումս աշխարհում զբաղեցնում է 125-րդ տեղը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին նշված է 2017 թվականի Հայաստանի ազգային մրցունակության 2017թ-ի զեկույցում: Ըստ զեկույցի` աշխարհում Հայաստանի  տնտեսական արժեքի ստեղծման մասնաբաժինը չի աճում, սակայն բարելավվում է աճի որակը:

«Հետճգնաժամային շրջանում Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ-ն մտավ վերականգնման փուլ` 2010-2016 թվականներին գրանցելով տարեկան միջինում 3.5% մեղմ աճի տեմպ: Այս աճը հիմնականում պայմանավորված էր տնտեսութ յան դիվերսիֆիկացման աստիճանի բարձրացմամբ և արտահանման աճով: 2015 թվականի ՀՆԱ-ի անկումը մեծապես պայմանավորված էր հայկական դրամի արժեզրկմամբ (շուրջ 30%) և Ռուսաստանի տնտեսական անկմամբ, որը Հա յաստանի խոշորագույն առևտրային գործընկերն է և մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների գլխավոր աղբյուրը: Այս գործոնները դանդաղեցրին տնտեսության վերականգնումը»,- ասված է զեկույցում:

 Համաձայն զեկույցի`2015 թվականին Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ-ն կազմել է 10.5 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար` Հայաստանի դիրքն աշխարհում թողնելով 2007 թվականի մակարդակին:

 2000-ականների երկրորդ կեսում ի հայտ եկավ համաշխարհային մակարդակով Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ-ի և արտահանման կատարողականի միջև հակադրությունը. թեև Հայաստանը գրանցում էր համաշխարհային միջինից բարձր ՀՆԱ-ի աճի տեմպ, բայց արտահանման դանդաղ աճի տեմպը նվազեցնում էր համաշխարհային արտահանման մեջ երկրի մասնաբաժինը` պայմանավորված Հայաստանում հիմնականում ոչ արտահանելի հատվածի աճով:

 Ըստ զեկույցի` համաշխարհային տնտեսական ճգնաժամին հաջորդող ժամանակահատվածը ցույց տվեց, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը խոցելի է արտաքին ցնցումներից:

«Սա պայմանավորված էր մի շարք գործոններով, որոնք ներառում էին ոչ արտահանելի հատվածի (ենթակառուցվածքներ, շինարարություն) անկայուն աճի գործոնները, նեղ շրջանակի ու հումքային գերակայությամբ արտահանումը և արտերկրից մասնավոր տրանսֆերտներից չափազանց մեծ կախվածութ յունը: Տնտեսության զգալի անկումը զուգակցվեց արտերկրից մասնավոր տրանսֆերտների նշանակալի նվազմամբ, ինչի հետևանքով էլ ավելի մեծացավ աճի նոր շարժիչ ուժեր և ֆինանսավորման ուղիներ փնտրելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Օրակարգային հարց դարձավ տնտեսության դիվերսիֆիկացման և տնտեսական զարգացման նոր մոդելի մշակման անհրաժեշտությունը, ինչը կվերափոխեր Հայաստանի զարգացման ուղին»,- ասված է զեկույցում:
