ԵՄ-ն չպետք է սպասի խաղաղության համաձայնագրի հաստատմանն Արցախում ներգրավվածություն ունենալու համար. Նիկոլա Դավիթյան

Եվրոպական միությունը չպետք է սպասի խաղաղության համաձայնագրի հաստատմանը՝ Արցախում իր ներգրավվածությունն ունենալու համար: ԵՄ-ն պետք է իր հստակ քաղաքականությունն ունենա Արցախի նկատմամբ: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հուլիսի 14-ին լրագրողների հետ կայացած հանդիպմանն այդ տեսակետը հայտնեց Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միության Եվրոպայի տնօրեն Նիկոլա Դավիթյանը:  

«Եվրոպական միությունը դեռևս չունի հստակ քաղաքականություն Արցախի հանդեպ:  Կա ընդամենը մեկ նախաձեռնություն՝ Եվրոպական համագործակցություն Ղարաբաղում խաղաղության համաձայնագրի հաստատելու համար (The European Partnership for the Peaceful Settlement of the Conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh (EPNK), որն ունի տարեկան բյուջե, և ծախսվում է համագործակցություն ստեղծելու հայերի և ադրբեջանցիների միջև: Սակայն այս ծրագիրը շատ մարտահրավերներ ունի: Նամակ էր ուղարկվել՝ իմանալու, թե որն է Եվրոպական միության քաղաքականությունը Արցախի հանդեպ, պատասխանել էին, որ  Եվրոպական միությունը Արցախում կգործի  միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ լինի խաղաղության համաձայնագիր»,-ասաց Նիկոլա Դավիթյանն ու հավելեց, որ ԵՄ-ն չպետք է սպասի խաղաղության ՝ Արցախում գործելու համար:

ՀԲԸՄ-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի գործադիր տնօրեն  Դալար Կազանջյանի կարծիքով ևս`  ԵՄ-ն պետք է ունենա քաղաքականություն  Արցախի նկատմամբ, որը պետք է շատ ավելի լայն լինի, քան EPNK-ն է: 

Բելգիայի հայկական կազմակերպությունների ֆեդերացիայի ընդհանուր համակարգող Շահնուր Մինասյանի համոզմամբ՝ կան հայամետ գործիչներ ԵՄ-ում,  որոնց ազդեցությունն անսահմանափակ չէ: «Եվ այն պատճառաբանությունը, թե կլինի խաղաղության համաձայնագիր, ու ըստ դրա իրենք կկառուցեն համագործակցությունը, բավականին թույլ է: Չպետք է սպասել խնդրի լուծմանը, այլ հիմա արդեն պետք է սկսել համագործակցությունն Արցախում»,-եզրափակեց նա:
