ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն մեղադրանք է առաջադրել Գյումրիում մահվան ելքով վրաերթի դեպքով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ 2 անձի մահվան պատճառ դարձած վրաերթի համար։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից՝ հավելելով. «Նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2017թ. հուլիսի 11-ին՝ ժամը 21:30-ի սահմաններում, Գյումրի քաղաքում Վ.Սարգսյան փողոցից դեպի Շառլ Ազնավուրի հրապարակ տանող ավտոճանապարհին «OPEL ASTRA» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան վրաերթի է ենթարկել 2 հետիոտների՝ 1994թ. ծնված Ա.Մանուկյանին և 1987թ. ծնված Մ.Ղազարյանին, որի արդյունքում ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից վերջիններս մահացել են:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ և ձեռնարկվել անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ վրաերթի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ այսօր «OPEL ASTRA» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդին՝ 1997թ. ծնված Գյումրիի բնակչին, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 242-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով և միջնորդություն ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը կիրառելու վերաբերյալ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեականդատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով»:
