Ի ՞նչ է նշանակում մահացած հարազատներին երազում տեսնելը

Երազները, որոնցում մենք տեսնում ենք մահացած բարեկամներին ու մտերիմներին, հաճախ հանդիպող երևույթ է: Այս երազները երբեմն չափից ավելի իրական են թվում, իսկ մեզ մոտ մնում է հարազատի ներկայությունը զգալու զգացողությունը:
Շատերն են նման երազներ տեսնում, հատկապես այն ժամանակ, երբ նոր-նոր են հարազատին կորցրել: Այս երազները իրականում ավելի մեծ նշանակություն ունեն, քան մենք կարող ենք պատկերացնել:
« Psychology Today » ամսագիրը վերջերս նյութ հրապարակեց այս թեմայի մասին, որտեղ մանրամասնորեն բացահայտվում էր այս թեման ու որոշ հետաքրքիր փաստեր էր նկարագրվում:
Պարզվում է, որ այս երազները որոշ ընդհանուր գծեր ունեն: Նման երազներում մեր հարազատները առողջ են, երջանիկ և ավելի երիտասարդ: Նման երազների միջոցով մահացած հարազատները փորձում են մխիթարել ու հանգստացնել մեզ:
Գլխավոր նպատակը, որ հետապնդում են այս երազները, մեզ մխիթարելն է: Նրանք փորձում են մեզ հասկացնել, որ իրենց հետ ամեն բան կարգին է կամ այն, որ նրանք մեզ շատ են սիրում…
Երբեմն նրանք լռում են ու թույլ են տալիս, որ, գոնե, երազում զգանք իրենց ներկայությունը…
